Not so great experience with my daughter. Music very loud, very cold, in dining area to the level of discomfort. Asked to sit near window with warmth of the sun, was given excuse from host the area I was requesting was closed , then seen other guest offered seats after we were seated. Yeah I not sure if I will come back. My child didn't feel comfortable and felt rushed to eat and leave ...even wanted to walk out at times.

Tables are very tight my family of 4 was squeezed in between 2 large parties and the bathroom needs a renovation, starting to look like a gas station bathroom. But service was great and the food was good as always.

We continue to get emails from corporate on rewards, but why did hawaii continue to “NOT” honor our rewards program. server was like it’s a franchise and it’s the owners, well as a franchise i think they should honor it.

Going out to eat as a family of 5 is event to look forward to, but after the meal that was served staying home would have been a better choice. The steak was very chewy like bubble gum layered in butter. The server was kind but seemed like he wanted to avoid our table seeing that my wife and I had only taken one bite from our plate. Chili's used to be go to for good food, but seems to have became another chain restaurant that has fallen from its former glory

Off the bat, Id like to say that three hostess' in the front were not able to manage the influx of dinner customers on a Sunday evening. Forgetting faces, parties, and wait times. From here it went to being seated at a table that was wet. Both the table top and booth chairs. We were then told to wipe the table top with provided napkins by ourselves. Food took a while. Waiter Kaleo was phenomenal, the only good thing going for the night. He was quick, attentive, and sweet. Had a few hiccups on the food orders but the drinks remained filled. Free chips for the 35 minute wait for food.
Still have a preference for the other Chili's locations on-island.
