Lisa was our server and she made the experience there absolutely amazing. She deserves to be recognized as she was super attentive to everyone in our group including the children. We left our lunch super happy and shocked it was one of the best experiences we have had eating at a restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh.

Why does Chili's keep getting rid of the best menu items? I don't even enjoy coming much anymore. Its such a bummer. Then awards system is down, so can't even use your rewards. Ugh. Prices up, menu cut and now they barely serve you what they used to. Why do I have to ask for salsa for a fajita trio?! Why so I need to ask for the check 3x?! Mediocrity at its best. Time to find better restaurants to visit.

This location always has amazing food and service. Every time my family and I have come here we always leave as happy customers. It is a bit chilly in there though, so you may want to bring a jacket. This evening, we enjoyed chicken crispers (the Honey Chipotle flavor is my absolute favorite), sliders, and a burger, along with the bottomless chips and salsa and some egg rolls. Everything came out great. Our server Lei'irieana was fantastic. She was very courteous and polite and even went out of her way to pack us some chips and salsa to go. All together it was a great experience; this location never fails.

I got the 4 piece chicken tenders and fries with ranch,I was good.
Food was good but our server Sarah was terrible. I work in the server industry and I am not happy with my experience. I ask for a coke and never got one. Also couldn’t ask for one because she never came back until the very end of our meal. We wanted chips and salsa and she pushed on chips n queso when we kept saying no. We got it anyways and had to pay for it. She never came to the table when our food was delivered until we were almost done with our food. She was to busy sitting at a table with another guest. She needs more training or a new job. Not happy with this experience nor this location will not be coming back!

It is near Waikele Outlet.- There are so many Koreans that many people say they come to Paju Outlet.- Chili's is a rare sight even in Korea, so I thought it would be fun and went there.- The steak (classic serloin) was delicious, and the quesadilla was also delicious. The price was great too.-The person who served us was also very friendly.- I wish I could go again.

We decided to make the short trip out to this location since the waikiki one had closed. James was a fantastic server and we felt taken care of on this busy night. The kitchen was backed up, so we were offered complimentary chips and salsa while we waited. I had the full rack of ribs and my wife had a ceasar salad and southwest spring rolls. Both meals were prepared perfectly with the meat pretty much falling off the bones. If I had 1 critique I would say that the sauce on the ribs was a bit too salty, but I still really enjoyed them. We will be back on our next trip to Oahu.

food is standard just like any other chili's. atmosphere is also standard. but what makes all the difference are the servers! we wouldn't come back if it weren't for the servers! engaging, accommodating, and always ready to serve! love the servers!

Food was great chips and salsa was great. To the server handling us on Dec 10, 2023 Around 245-320pm thank you for the great service. We were sat next to the parking lot side. Sorry couldn't get her name but great personality superb service. Also thank you to the other person who brought us some chips and salsa refill was needed lol. Cuz I was ready for sleep in the restaurant. Btw gotta refill the tablet thing, the reciept never print.
