I really love this place. The people are super friendly & helpful. The selection is awesome for people who love Filipino delicacies. It's like being in the Philippines. They have baka skin, kilawen kaldeng, kilawen baka, bulalo which consists of baka skin & delicious rich slightly creamy bone broth. Mmm delicious ! They also have a lot of breakfast selections which I need to go back & try. They have pancit too. Prices are average. There's a small dining area inside the shop. You'll see their food truck first when you arrive. They prefer cash but do accept card. You definitely won't be disappointed.Parking: Ample free parking available.Kid-friendliness: Children if all ages are definitely welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs that I can remember seeing.

Stopped by to pick up some longanisa to bring back home but also tried a few of their dishes. The Bulalo was flavorful and full of tender pieces of meat. The pork skewers we also very tasty! Ricky was super friendly. Would come again.

Customer service is good! They are very friendly here!I'm Filipino, the flavors of the food here are perfect and so comforting! Very close to our families food. It isn't your fine dining ambiance it's more outdoorsy and if you go in for dine in it's more like your eating at your family's house. Lol there's tv and they just allow you to sit enjoy your food grab whatever drink and then pay afterwards. They have the tv on inside and ac. The bowls they use are like the ones you would probably have at your moms house or grandparents house. It's very home-like.

One of the best foods we’ve eaten on the island! It was so homey and the aunties and uncles were so friendly! Prices were very affordable for an incredible, super homey, homemade rice-and-dishes vibe! 1000% will come back. We got the pork adobo, barbecued chicken, and pumpkin with green beans. And also halo halo <3

Disappointed with their bulalo. It was all broth, bones and cartillage and ZERO meat. Typically bulalo would have potatoes and some sort of green leafy veggie. This only had green onions as garnish. Total waste of $12. Customer service was great though. They were very welcoming. Maybe their other menu items are worth trying, just not coming back for their bulalo for sure.

This place is nostalgic for me. Walking up to the truck and if I close my eyes, the smell reminds me trips to the Philippines. I have absolutely loved everything I've ordered from here. I've only had 3 items. Its the bbq pork stick that keeps me coming back. The chicken insal is my 2nd favorite dish. The halohalo was as authentic as I remember. Delicious!

My favorite place for breakfast when heading to my office in Waipahu. Cheap prices, crispy bacon, and soft scrambled eggs. How can you go wrong?

Very friendly. Went only once, not to familiar but tried their bbq pork stick and I loved it. Going back for more!!

This is not your typical bulalo, I'm not actually quite sure if this is bulalo. If your craving Tagaytay bulalo this is not the place to get it. All bones, cartilage and hoof. No meat, no veggies, no bone marrow beef shank. After removing all the bones and cartilage from the container very minimal soup was included. For $12 including rice, it's not worth it.

When I heard that there's a new Bulalo place in Waipahu I'm so excited to try it I love bulalo! it reminds me of my trip in Tagaytay back in the Philippines . I'm so disappointed and think this is the worst bulalo I've ever had. it's not what I'm expecting at all.
