A group of 7 of us showed up at 5:53pm on 8/13/23 and the girl in there wouldn't open the shop up and had it closed and it wasn't even 6pm yet. Also another group of 5 people showed up right behind us and she still didn't make eye contact or open it. Maybe you should not put you're open until 6pm if you're going to close your shop early!!

Small but nice location right next to a Mr. Cow. Usually services by teenagers but they are always friendly and helpful. There is a good number of flavors in the display case. I think the pricing is a little high so this is not a reflection on this location. I just can't give it a 5 for something I personally don't eat. My kids really like this location though.

Got here 20 mins before closing and the doors were locked and the lights were off. The hours clearly state that this establishment closes at 7 so I don't know why the doors were locked and the lights were off 20 minutes before they closed.

Got there before closing but she was counting cups and when I finally asked if she would serve us she said no because she was in the process of closing. My son was so sad. Wishing they would close at the actual close time instead of 10 minutes early because they don't feel like helping customers anymore.

The cashier was friendly and the service was quick.Since this is Hawaii, my ice cream melted during the two mile drive home, but that's the hot Hawaiian sun for you. I should have enjoyed my treat at a table outside of the store.

It's just another version of an ice cream offering. The flavor doesn't linger like ice cream and the dots tend to melt pretty quick. Don't understand the fuss.
