Bigger space than kapolei. Same friendly service, all you can eat. Very good. Sauce bar, vegetable bar, seafood and meat.

This was a different experience and very tasty. It's all you can eat. And I had a ball.

Liked and Loved Atmosphere, Service and Definitely the Foods

Great place to take the family. They have a lot of options seafood, steak, noddles, and vegetables to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I know there are other locations, but this is one of my favorite locations. Especially now that they offer crab legs. Great service. They always greet you right away. Place is always clean.

Our First time with My Friend here, but good thing we already have experiemced in other places so we know what To order. The only thing I can recommend is a bigger Bowl so that we can put More in our Bowl without any spillage.

Parking is free. The atmosphere is very calm and serene. Other patrons aren't loud, and conversation when we went was at a minimum. The food was great and the service was good. The only thing is, they don't ask you if you're a first-time diner, so you have to kind of figure out the experience on your own. We told the waiter we weren't sure how to order & he just said he'll give us a few mins. 20 mins into our dining, we realized that when we ordered the seafood broth/soup, they didn't bring you the meat. You have to get up and grab it from the fridge yourself. If you want the vegetables, there's a bar for that where you go grab it yourself. There's also a sauces bar where you can go mix the stuff yourself. The waiters didn't tell us anything. They just checked us in, got us seated, and took our drink and broth orders. Then they bring you your pork belly, chicken, etc., order, but don't explain how anything else works, lol. But all in all we had a good experience now that we know what to do.

Food is okay many to choose from but all taste the same based on whatever sauce mixture you have. Service is excellent, personnel takes initiative to ask and serve order in a timely manner. Place is clean, food always gets filled up & personnel always available to take orders & serve fast. We'll definitely go back to this place.

We’ve been coming to this place for hot pot pretty frequently. Generally, the service is okay. But while paying the bill on our last visit, I was really put off by the older female server/cashier, as she had deliberately shortchanged me on adding points to our rewards program. She discourteously told me, “Oh never mind, never mind, you don’t need” and proceeded to click off the tab when I attempted to input my number for additional points for this meal. Her rude gesture caught me by surprise and confused me. Doesn’t she understand the purpose of having a rewards program is to incentivize the customer for more return business? Frankly, she thought she could gain a couple of dollars from this transaction, but with that scummy move, she just offended a regular customer. I think it’s time to bring our business elsewhere.

Food was great. Plenty of space both inside and parking. The staff is usually very attentive and friendly. They seem to refill food in the refrigerator all the time. Make your own sauce. too bad that they don't have lime juice, vinegar just not the same. Can't go wrong with this place, if you have a big appetite ?.

All you can eat, and the selection of meats are generously served. Start small and then order more. The selection of vegetables, sauces, seafood in the fridge and meats are worth the buck$.
