Food was really good. One of the best Hawaiian food places I've eaten at. But the service was crap. After they took our order and we got our food they didn't come back to check how things were or ask if we needed anything else. And when we finished our meals they handed us the check without even asking if we wanted dessert or anything, which I was gonna get their haupia sampler but ended up not getting because they seemed eager for us to leave. We weren't loud or anything either. Just felt unwelcome there. Also it took forever for me to get my drink, I was nearly done with my food by the time I got it.
Like I said good food. Crap service.

Love the Highway Inn in town so visiting this one in Waipahu as well. Busy in both locations, which is a good sign that it’s good! Recommend making a reservation beforehand to save time waiting. There is a takeout counter that helps streamline things better though.

Cashier was very rude, and my food was very mediocre. Kalua pig had too much liquid smoke, thats.all.i could taste. Pork laulau dry. The.mac salad was good and the pipikaula. Overall to expensive for the food.

The taro chips in the kalua pork nachos was great, I'm not normally a fan of taro chips. The Hawaiian combo platter comes 4 different ways and is a lot of good tasting food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Clean, Fresh, and Full of Aloha! Everything here is clean, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff has a big Aloha spirit—they’re warm, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. There’s also a great variety on the menu, with something for everyone. If you like fresh local food and appreciate service with genuine kindness and smiles highly recommend.

The meal was very good, excellent traditional meal. We all loved it. On the other hand, the parking lot fills up very quickly, so you have to park on the side of the road.
