It's delicious but I did wish it was in a different location

I've only been here a few times during my trip to Hawaii, but the boba was always great!!

I like the fact that I get to put as much or as little boba and the different types or jellies also. The types of teas are good too. This past weekend had a free coconut milk tea with a purchase.

My favorite boba place in Kapolei! I love their Wintermelon tea. Service is always fast, and the workers are very nice. Their tapioca is THE BEST I've ever tried, it's the main reason I keep coming back.

Not to get this one mixed with the Kapolei storefront. This one is located in the Waipahu Festival Marketplace. Your Kapolei stamp card is NOT valid at this location. This place will give your Bubble/Boba/Pearl/Tapioca fix if looking for that. They're ok but not worth a 4 star rating. I needed my milk tea boba fix but it quite didn't cut the crave. The tea flavor was very weak and I like mine strong.

Self service boba drinks, say what! Amazing. Added some lychee popping boba, mini boba, mango jelly, and rainbow jelly to my taro/ube smoothie. Son got a mix of mango and lychee jellies to his strawberry smoothie. Love it! And they had some cheap $2.40 Cha Cha seeds!

Came in yesterday for some boba drinks. This has to be my first going to this kind place where u put the goodies in a cup before you decide on your drink. Service was on point, and showed me the way on the boba toppings. Literally I had almost a variety of things inside my drink which made my drink awesome. It was like having dessert and drink into one. There was also a bunch of other snacks along the wall which most kids love, especially those chocolate, green tea or strawberry panda bears snacks I will be back for more at this place, and definitely has my recommendation.

Delicious. Tons of options, menu is a little confusing, but once you know what you want you won't be disappointed.

I just wanted everyone to know my experience here. I usually go here and it's alright but I was fully turned off when i encountered a charge issue. I noticed that they had double charged my card when looking at my statement and when I called they had told me to go in and I could give them the proof with my statement and they would refund me. so I did go in and then I got there and they told me they don't "do that anymore" and I have to dispute with the bank. I was telling them and asking why they didn't say that over the phone and save me the trip there because I come from Salt lake area. They didn't accommodate and give me $6 only they made me call the bank. Then they said that I wasn't the only one and it's happened before! like hello!! Then you need to consider looking into your equipment instead of taking free money from ppl. I wouldn't have even known if I didn't check the statement so I'm sure others have gone through this too. You better believe I disputed my whole amount of charge not just the extra one charged! That's just not right!! ripping ppl off...I will not be doing business with these ppl again.

the service was okay but my daughter and I went noticed that they're a bit understaffed. I have visited this location numerous times and though it's nice to see familiar faces, it makes me sad for those poor guys, its like they never get a break. My daughter and her friend went apply long time ago but never hear anything which I understand if shes ill experienced (no hard feelings bout dat) but how you guys going have such little staff but never try hire more people to help out. It's ridiculous. Try hire more people and maybe things would go smoother instead of looking slammed and exhausted all the damn time

Photos of a cute penguin cup lured me here... Why else would I drive half an hour to Waipahu? I found Hula Boba inside of the Waipahu Festival Marketplace which is like an indoor Farmer's market. Parking is free, but very busy at 10:30am on a Monday... not sure if it was due to the Prince Kuhio holiday. This boba tea/snow ice vendor is located towards the back...just walk past the tables of fruits and veggies. Service is pleasant and efficient. I showed the two gals a photo of the penguin cup. It seems they have run out and suggested that I try the Kapolei location... what??? Drive another 15 minutes? Uhg... ok... but first... I will not walk away empty handed... May I have a snow ice with halohalo toppings? Yay! Thank you! I was temporarily happy for a while... chomping on those chewy sugar palm fruit, jackfruit, sweet beans, and shredded coconut. Nom nom! The snow ice was on the sticky, heavy side... not fluffy...shucks! Hmmm... oh, well. That was like a breakfast for me. I was hungry and it held me over until my next Foodie Adventure... Onto Hula Boba in Kapolei!!!

My favorite boba on O'ahu!! Great price for the amount of product you get. I love being able to put as much boba and jelly in my drink as I want. The staff is very friendly.
