Drive thru employee was very kind and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored.i asked him to please speak louder because I could barely hear and understand him thru the speaker. When I approached the payment/pickup window, I realized the person was the same nice associate taking my order. His name was Jean. I asked him for his name, because I was very pleased with how I was treated. Good job, Jack in the Box, for employing a nice young man!

They skimp on the meat in my breakfast burrito all the time and got my spicy chicken sandwich wrong they gave me the cluck sandwich. Fire all the workers and start fresh.

Honestly , this was my first visit to this location so I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt from what reviews said. I was very much hungry and just needed a snack. My French fries were not fresh at all. My waffle fries were soggy and the cheese wasn’t melted properly. My mozzarella sticks were burnt and not cooked through because it was just basically a block of cheese in the middle. I noticed how organized behind the counter was and that the staff mainly focused on those in the drive thru. As well as not everyone on staff had a hairnet or hat on was concerning since they are handling food.
A customer who was waiting there before me said that he waited more than 20 mins to receive his munchie meal and sandwich order.
And while I had mobile ordered my food. It still took longer than my pick up time was set.
Melissa looked like she was struggling trying to help with the drive thru and front of the store. However , I do appreciate her greeting me and asking me if I placed a mobile order. Then communicated to me about what she was waiting for on my order and apologized due to being busy.

I didn't eat in the restaurant, I went thru the drive thru. I ordered 4 items total. A number 1 which is a Sourdough burger combo with curly fries and a drink. Then I tried to order a plain hamburger just the burger and the bun, but this was too hard to comprehend as ao had to repeat the phrase "just the burger and bun" several times before they were able to add it onto the order. Followed by a medium curly fries and a medium coke. After paying we got our food. Before leaving the area I check the burger...not plain. Had to park the car and go into the restaurant...defeating the purpose of drive thru to have them correct the order. After receiving the corrected burger I drove off, only to find that I had an order of curly fries and an order of regular fries. Won't be stopping by this location again. This was around 2 on a Tuesday so it wasn't a lunch rush crowd.

Was in drive through for about 25 minutes, left and went home. Came back about an hour later but this time went in and got take out. Waited half an hour for my order. Seems crew was working hard. No one was goofing off. I guess Wendy's across the street so everyone went here. MANAGEMENT should have stepped up and brought in other crew members to help out. The front person was going nuts,he needed help. The crew in back needed help too with the drive through needing help.
Service was good and the line was fast when we went through drive thru. One of the better Jack in the Boxes for sure.

My grand nephew chooses this location because when he puts in his order with the Wendy's closest to his school it always comes out wrong, since this one is on the way to his house, he prefers this one. Very courteous window employees during the after school hours on Wednesday.
