This place is disgusting overnight . I’ve had two incidents already with my food. The overnight crew is a bunch of young adults that is messing with the food. I can confirm it with someone that used to be a worker there that quit because of how gross it is. First of all you I’ll notice that they aren’t even in proper uniforms. No mask on and no gloves. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and the presentation of it looked like it was just tossed in there and it the pancakes and hashbrown was still cold,so i went back In The drive thru window and confronted them about why I felt like I should get a new order. So I get another jumbo platter only to realize that it’s the same food, only this time it’s extremely hot now ! Like they deep fried the hash browns because it was black and crispy, and the pancakes also was inedible. And these are young kids that is handling my food so I went back to let them know that I don’t want the order anymore and they gave me a hard time returning it. Trying to argue with me about why they won’t take back the food. There was no managers working with them and this was during the Covid and they had no mask or gloves on.

I was dining in eating my food and i noticed when they get busy in drive thru they lock the doors so no one could come in so people knocking on door asking if open looking at us. I'm trying to eat in peace but couldn't and i ask the workers and they just said we busy....

The window cashier was so rude she yelled at my wife and I for her own mistake!? Then has the audacity to tell us to be nice and slamming the glass windows still yelling at us while we are still trying to buy some butter milk sauce. We ended up just driving away. Wondering why she was so upset about? like what just happened??? Very bizarre ? this was at 130am 4/29/24. Hopefully she's feeling better ?❣
Went through the drive thru. Received my order and left. Realized leaving the parking lot I never got my card back. Went inside asked for my card. Only to find out the employee had charged my card for my order along with someone else’s order saying “their card wasn’t working” but gave me money for their charge along with their receipt??!! What????

Every time I come to this location the drive thru service is horrible and I come at night after I get off of work around 8:30-8:40. It is now 9:00 and I haven’t made it through the line and it’s never a long line maybe 4 cars. I’ve been in longer lines that move very quickly such as Chic-fil-a in Kapolei. Also the always forget parts of my order and are very rude. I get it it’s a hard job but I work at a hard job too I’m a housekeeper at a hotel and I don’t treat the customers with disrespect. Someone needs to check what’s happening at night.

They are the slowest jack in the box I’ve ever been to, it’ll take me atleast 45 mins to get my food specially during midnight, but never the less, it’s called fast food, plus other stores are busier ( traffic wise) and they still quicker to pass your food out. They even close their dine-in area really earl. It’s not convenient at all, and really terrible time management

Just order 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, I ask one of crew taking care my online order if I can check the bags, she just ignore me and start stapling my order. I came home and give one of the sandwiche to my mom and she said; chicken is tuff. I look at it and touch the chicken patty it's cold and hard like a rock. She ask me to just microwave it to make it soft. This is ridiculous they shouldn't serve this. What a waits of time and gas. I came back and assisted by the very nice manager Ms. M and she was sorry however the crew that take care my order did not even acknowledge me, come to find out she's also a manager Jane. She need to go back training with her customer service. Plesse fix it so sad this store is use to be a training store and I use to work also here years ago.
