Went at about 7:20pm waited for awhile before anyone said I can order when I'm ready when I was ordering they would not respond to me I asked if they had a chicken nugget kids meal and instead of saying yes they just added it to my order I ordered 1 large meal 1 medium 1 kids meal and 2 orders of onion rings they never asked if I was done ordering so I just drove up to the window where I had to wait forever then they gave me a bunch of bags and my drinks the large cup was soft and squishy the medium cup just spilled anytime the drink touched the lid then after they take my card and give it back then hand me the order they just go back to talking so I tried to ask if I could go because I didn't get a receipt they ignored me so I asked again when the guy looked at me and then he whispered unless you want a receipt your good so I drove off when I got home I only had 1 order of onion rings I got the bacon Swiss I think is what it's called which is equivalent to something off the dollar menu from Wendy's overall I paid 45 dollars and got the same service and food as a dollar menu will never come back and will let everyone know to stay away from here

What in the world is going on at this location? This is the worst JITB I've been to in my life. Drive through closed with pallets blockimg the drive-thru, lobby closed at 6 PM on a Friday, no restrooms for customers.
Why? Maybe put up a piece of paper on the door to explain why.
Why doesn't corporate just shut this site down already?

Came at midnight to a 24-hour drive thru. Lights were still open. Waited 10 min at the order screen trying to get the workers' attention. Called the location 2x no answer. Went to the window to see if there was anyone (no one was there). Just when we were about to leave, we saw someone inside so we circled back to the drive thru window. We tried to call for the workers attention again but nothing.

After 10pm they are always claiming that the grill isn’t working and they are only serving fried foods. This has happened 3-5 times. When I asked what was really going on, they said they are short staffed and don’t feel like working. Idk how they keep this type of lazy staff around.

They say that the drive thru is open "24 hours".. Saturday, Oct 19 it wasn't. They advertise the lobby is open at 6 am.. Saturday, Oct 19 it wasn't. MCDONALD'S IS UP THE ROAD AND THEY ARE OPEN AS ADVERTISED.

Because they didn't have regular fries in stock, they were charging customers for the curly fries when combo meals were ordered. I had coupons from midweek, $20 for family of 4, $13.99 for 2 combo meals, and 1 $7.99 order of sourdough meal.. cashier rang up my total at $83.79...really???? Where was my coupon prices? She stated it was cause of curly fries. Called the manager, after 32 mins, my total bill was like $40.70 and never got my drinks for my 2 combo meals. Will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Seriously? Went through drive through. This is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. Also, there was no receipt in the bag. I guess that’s how you hide roadside robbery.

Pulled up twice different days at 10:30 and only drive thru was open dining area was still closed??? But, the hours sign printed open at 6 am??? Just wondering why is the doors locked during business hours??? Second time I came there where couple of other people there that was trying get in and was surprised that the door was still locked???
The young lady looked and spoke like she'd rather be anywhere but work. The attention to order accuracy was very poor. I attempted to park and go in to get the order rectified, but the doors were locked. Mind you, it was only 5:45 pm. I had to go back throughbthe drive thru line. Unfortunately, lack of order accuracy is becoming more common with fast food establishments.
