I did send a complain about my last dine in experience and provided my email address but its been days already and haven't received any response. We do dine here for lunch on Sunday’s or Monday’s it’s sad as their staff (with first initial M) was never nice, friendly and accommodating. We ordered the fill ups and we mentioned that we wanted it large so we were expecting to have fries together with our chicken and tenders but she said fries not included. We said but we ordered large, she’s already arguing with us “you should told me”. In this first place, its the counter/cashier staff’s job to ASK and OFFER the customers if they wanted it with fries (cos that adds to your sale too) but she was arguing that we should ask her. Next when we got our food I was surprised the chicken were as small as half size of their plastic spork. The chicken tenders were not fully cooked. I asked her if they can refry it and she said no we cant cook that again just reheat only. The manager on duty was only standing there just listening and doing nothing to de-escalate the situation. This is the only branch that serves super super micro mini chicken and the staffs were not nice at all. Just a quick note whenever we dine here they always always always serve MICRO MINI chicken, they never fail to do that. Compared to other location their chicken was never like that. If i can give a half star for this store branch i would. Im sorry just my opinion, you can take a look at the pictures i have attached to see im telling the truth.

Doesn't offer anything remotely close to national deals from KFC. Offers are horrible. The app is a disaster. Total waste.

The drive-thru was long so decided to walk-in. Got their Tuesday special with a large mash and gravy and famous bowl. Did have wait a bit due to the customer before hand had a large order/group who dine-in.
Chicken was on a bit oily side (skin was soft); but tasty. May need to order on-line next time. Customer who did got their order right away - already prepared...will see how the chicken will be.
Dining area was clean. Alot of tables to eat at.

The food was ok it seemed it may have been sitting for a minute as chicken was cold, but oh well. Service was not up to par, tried to ask the girl at the window questions and she gave a bad attitude as if she was just there for the money, long story short she didn't answer anything I asked she just kept saying go look at the app.... so they definitely need to teach the workers customer service etiquette..... didn't go inside so can't judge the cleanliness.

Service was ok the staff wasn’t to welcoming &!seemed preoccupied. Dining room was clean & big. The food tasted the same as usual but the chicken was so small but the price is big! Kinda disappointing because our family really loves KFC! Will go back again & give another chance?

The famous bowl had 5 pieces of rubbery chicken with hardly any gravy. And their fountain was down so we got canned soda with our combo meal.

It was my first visit, and I was in a hurry to use the restroom, so I ordered a random menu item to use the restroom. There was no question about whether we should order 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in the chicken tender set, even though our English was not good. I was so embarrassed that I didn't say anything. The staff's attitude was so unfriendly that the look in their eyes was scary. Maybe it was on purpose, but they didn't even put any ice in the cola and didn't say anything when it came packaged, so I kept waiting and was curious, so I asked and they said it was ours. This is the first time I have received such unfriendly and creepy treatment during my 10-night trip to Hawaii. This is a male employee in charge of calculation work at 6:30 PM on December 12, 2024. Seeing the look of blatant disregard for the other person and the service made me think that they had done something bad to the food, so I threw it away without eating it. I still feel creepy.
