It was my first visit, and I was in a hurry to use the restroom, so I ordered a random menu item to use the restroom. There was no question about whether we should order 3 or 4 pieces of chicken in the chicken tender set, even though our English was not good. I was so embarrassed that I didn't say anything. The staff's attitude was so unfriendly that the look in their eyes was scary. Maybe it was on purpose, but they didn't even put any ice in the cola and didn't say anything when it came packaged, so I kept waiting and was curious, so I asked and they said it was ours. This is the first time I have received such unfriendly and creepy treatment during my 10-night trip to Hawaii. This is a male employee in charge of calculation work at 6:30 PM on December 12, 2024. Seeing the look of blatant disregard for the other person and the service made me think that they had done something bad to the food, so I threw it away without eating it. I still feel creepy.

To guide the KFC network:
Apparently this KFC is not for tourists. The attitude towards us was mediocre. It was obvious that the staff was tired... of tourists and foreigners. It was clean and there was only one family sitting inside. We took an order for $100 for 5 people. The wings were not fresh. You should know that of all the KFC locations, here you can only pay for one glass of Pepsi or other soda and you cannot refill more! We were on different continents, but here we were refused! There was no service due to the fact that we spoke our native language!!! They left us. When my son took the meat, it was burnt. Disgusting! Only one point for not leaving hungry...

When my kids were young, they always wanted to go there, so it was our routine to have brunch here when we came to Waikiki Outlet. I'm sorry that it took so long to order because the contents of the sets and combos are different from Japan. It's always empty so you can relax. It's a stable taste.

We ordered Original Chicken but the chicken looks different. They are kind of too dark and when we ate, it was very very salty that we couldn't get to eat it. We are so disappointed. It ruined our craving to eat KCF chicken. I think the it was altered from crispy to original and it became too salty. ???
