I have only used the drive thru, but the service is great, fast and the premium roast coffee is always taste great and consistent. They also do not charge an arm and a leg for an extra espresso shot (about .50-.75 cent I believe) for your caramel Frappuccino, some other McDonald’s charge 3.99 extra per shot…..it does not make any sense.

Busy branch and looks like shortstaffed /overworked staff as service was slow and not friendly at all. Did not get my order right.
I have to drive out of my way to get a good McDonald. How ridiculous is that! I should just have to just get a new person to do the job. It’s the whole WAIANAE MCDONALD!
