WAS an excellent place to eat, but is no longer on the leeward side. The owners apparently still operate in Waikiki at 1217 Hopaka St, but the Kapolei location is vacant.

I had Mike and Billz in 2019 at their Waikiki location and i still think about it at least once a week. Top 3 best meal I’ve ever had. I recommend the grilled Mahi Mahi with garlic butter and a little korean hot sauce

Cheap, fast, and super tasty. Mike and Billz is one of my favorite lunch spots in Waikiki. It's easy to miss cause it's a small food truck tucked away in a lot, but you can get a steak plate for $7 and it comes with a salad. I usually get mine with their garlic sauce, mushrooms, and an egg.

We followed our noses (literally) to some great smelling food! It was set up with Hula Dog & Ice Cream stand. We had steak & shrimp-it was fabulous! Large helpings, quick service & friendly staff. This one is a must do!

Mike & his wife are very down to earth and very cool people. Not only that, they have the best garlic shrimp ? on the island ? I didn’t know what to expect at first but after the first plate, we went back almost everyday!! You have to go by there!

The one we went to was on the corner of Kuhio, set up with Hula dog and Rainbow icecream and some wooden tables outside. We had the garlic butter sweet chilli prawns and they were great. The salad was very nice too with some cranberries in it. Also rice that was lovely to eat with the sauce. It cost $14 and was enough to share for a light lunch.

Garlic shrimps served with rice and salad $13 and sooo amazing! I love it! The staff was nice and friendly and the food didn't take long to be ready! Highly recommend and will be back! Thanks

I must say, they have the best and fresh food. Their buttered garlic shrimp is a must- I had it twice. I actually went back again the day after my ultramarathon race but they’re closed for the day. I tried Romy’s in North shore but it’s not even close to Mike and Billz. I will definitely dine there again when I visit the island again.

Mike and Billz might have multiple locations. The one we went to was on the corner of Kūhiō and Kapuni and is worth every penny! They have live music on a Saturday night which is such an added bonus. They serve steak and rice / chicken and rice and have great portions for super affordable prices. We paid $6.99 for a platter of steak rice and salad and it was so good and cooked to our liking. Definitely a place you should check out on your travels to waikiki!

Awesome food, freshly cooked, very nice and friendly family running the place. Been there 4 times already, will go back again.
