Dirty ice
I wanted root beer but they said they didn’t have enough left for a full shave ice. They offered me another flavor to have with the root beer. So I agreed to half root beer and half strawberry. My shave ice had about 90% strawberry. I couldn’t taste the root beer, and my ice cream scoop was so small ~1/10 of the cup. I ended up trashing all of it. The strawberry tasted more like cherry, which was another disappointment. We wanted to give this place a try for convenience and curiosity sake but next time I think we will make the trek to Haleiwa for Matsumoto’s Shave-Ice. One positive thing were the workers. It’s always good to see people working hard with their small businesses . They were young too so good job. 👏 I’d still recommend this place.
Refused service based on political reasons. Not good
Just watched a video where the manager of the waikele location screamed at a veteran kupuna for wearing a hat. Used to support you folks. Never again. My entire ohana will be taking our business elsewhere.
Disrespect too veterans. Avoid this place
Softest shave ice! It’s my favorite one in Oahu. It’s just perfect.
You won't find shave ice this soft anywhere else on the island. Don't worry, I checked. Go here every time 🤙

Best shave ice ? around! Lots of flavors to choose from. Blue vanilla & coconut with vanilla ice cream, topped with Li hing mui really hits the spot.

This is a nice little shave ice stand near the Leonard’s. The ice is very fine, the way a shave should be. I suggest getting the “snow cap” added to your order, which is the condensed milk.This place is cash only, so be sure you bring some when you swing by.
Cash only, but the flavors are pretty diverse and got great recommendations, tried the tamarind, Green River, Kaiju Blue! Wonderful smooth ice great
