Went to Napoleon’s bakery with high expectations. First off, it was inside a Zippy’s with no outside signage. It was good, about the same quality as a Dunkin but not what we we were expecting.

Stop skimping on the apple napple filling!!! I used to love apple napples, but for a good whiles its just been filo dough and sugar glaze. I still enjoy the dobash cake, dream cake, and a majority of the other pastries. You folks are known for the apple napple! Put some damn apple filling in them. Its embarrassing to introduce this to folks from out of town and they say the same thing. If youre gonna raise prices, keep the quality! As you can see there more filling on the outside versus the inside. These pictures are progressively through consumption.

I love how Napoleon's Bakery has monthly specials! From August 30 - October 3, 2021 their specials are strawberry gelatin cream pie ($14.35), orange chiffon tube cake ($7.75) and banana walnut coffee cake square ($2.40). Yesterday, I went on the Zippy's app and ordered the strawberry gelatin cream pie and 2 apple napples for my mom. It's super convenient to order through the app because I believe the pick up time is only 15 minutes from when the time you order. You can also choose what time you want to pick it up. Another tip I suggest is, if you don't want to order the whole pie and just want to have a slice. I think you can just buy it by the slice at either the restaurant side or at the counter. The strawberry pie is so wonderful! I think they used to have it on their permanent menu years ago, but maybe because it wasn't as popular, they took it out? That's what I'm assuming. I love jello and pie so this is the best of both worlds! The crust is a little buttery, and I think there is also a layer of chocolate, then it's filled with a custard cream, topped with a layer of strawberry jello and the edges has a whipped cream. OMG, so heavenly! I hope you'll try it and enjoy it as much as me.

Most FAVE BAKERY!=D Frm Delish Chantilly to Dobash and their JELLO CHEESECAKE SQUARES MMM! They also had Lilikoi Cheesecake Squares a couple of times also! These peeps know how for Bake! Highly Recommend!

Once in the while (not so often as before) I would purchase the napples, chantilly cake melting moments cookies, bread pudding and some assorted pies as last-minute choices. Unfortunately, my friends and I noticed that while the prices have increased tremendously, Napoleon has not really kept up with the quality ingredients (although the product is still good).

Undoubtedly the most Delicious and Expensive donuts that we have ever purchased and eaten. We purchased a dozen donuts and the bill was nearly $30.
It's a good place but they have to update their menu on the website which shows wrong prices. Coffee was very good but eclairs... no, just no. Dough was like some weird bread, and cream was very thick and paste-tasting. Not an authentic eclair and I'm a big eclair fan - when in Paris, eat it all the time :-), also, too expensive for 80thb (for what you actually get). The rest of the pastries were reasonably prices for what you get and tasted fine. We might give this place another try. Stuff was friendly and good, no complaints in this regard. I attached pics of the menu, so other people can have an idea about how much everything costs. I honestly get nuts when I can't find menus online lol.

I am updating this review so I'm hoping my earlier one-star review shows up as a corrected- starred rating of this Napolean's Bakery. The one-star review started out because I purchased two bakery items: a donut and a cake and both items had foreign material in it: a hair on the donut and a plastic/nylon or other strand of scrub brush or equipment in the cake. I would have just let the hair on the donut go, because in all my years of eating, there has been a hair, here or there. I have found pretty disgusting things worse than hairs in my food, so I was ready to let it go, but then my son found what appeared to be a plastic strand in his cake, so it was time to take action. I didn't want to be out $16 for donuts and a cake we didn't want to eat. I called the Napolean's Bakery location in the evening and spoke to a really nice manager who was really apologetic about the whole thing. He was very sorry and offered me complimentary items for the hassle of having to come back to the store to return the items, but I said there was no need, I just wanted my money back. I told him I'd be coming back the next day with the items, so they can see for themselves what I've found (I took photos but decided to let Napolean Bakery figure it out, so I've taken them down voluntarily). The next day I took the products back to the same store and had to deal with different manager who was not well-versed in customer service. I won't go into detail here but let's say it was not a pleasant experience at all and I left feeling perturbed. I got an email from two managers asking me about my experience so I let them know what transpired, from the time I found the things in my baked products to the service I got, and they were concerned and addressed some of the problems. I knew then Zippy's/Napolean Bakery takes their Yelp reviews and things like this seriously. I'm upping my review rating here from a one-star (eeks! I think not!) to a three-star (A-OK) solely based on the fact that Napolean's Bakery reached out to me and they really were concerned. I would have thought a company so huge that has cornered the local market couldn't be concerned with just one complaint, but they do take all matters seriously and that's all right in my book.

Love the pastries and cakes here! Dobash is our family's favorite go-to cake for birthdays. They will write on cakes and pies for free while you wait. Just takes a few minutes!
