Ordered rare steak came out like charcoal. 12oz more like 4oz steak. Salad was drowning in water. Lady was nice tho.Not going back again .

August 25th, 1340 houts. Was just about to buy plates for dinner. Walked in, nobody there. Guy working there was sitting on one of the tables picking his nose (deep in nostril). Turned around real quick and left.

Solid place! Indoor seating is limited. Thursday special was short ribs and they were very good. Coconut shrimp is a must! The Mac salad was OK.

I ordered a 12oz steak plate with garlic butter and all rice. I received no garlic butter and appx 1/2 of the meat was straight fat. I don't know how they portion it, but I've never had this at the kapolei location. It was disgusting and I'm extremely disappointed.

Ordered a Steak and SHRIMP add mushrooms plate with noodles. Tell me why I go home and as hungry as I am I knew this place is fire I was ready to dig in. Buuuuuut then to my surprise everything looked so good except there was NO shrimp in sight?? Jeff who is working said I could come back for the shrimp or come another day just for the shrimp ? bad service all around! Smh

One of the worst so called steak I ever had, more like chopped up meat instead of an actual steak. But if you want low grade food I guess it works, not a place to get actual steak.Cheaply made.

Picked up take out lunch plates. They were delicious and a lot of food. The service is fast and fresh (made while you wait). I had chicken teriyaki with rice with salad. Very Good! Great place to go if you are looking for good food at a resonable price.
