First time I came here was just before closing. Although it’s very annoying for workers when somebody comes before closing, they still were very nice and kind to cook just before closing.

Part of the Waipahu Plaza location, near Pacific Market and Savers, was under renovation. I ordered last minute for a medium pan of Pancit Bihon on Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm. They were able to rush me my order, I waiting in the dining area, it took the cook about 20-30 mins to complete my order. I was waiting her cook my order and moved as fast as possible. I was happy of getting my order, watching from cooking to wrapping my order. I was so pleased, I personally handed the Mama cook , a nice gratuity, we both happy walked away with big smiles. The pancit bihon was very tasty and presentation with fishcake was just the finishing touch. Pampanga Kitchen will be my go from now on. Prices are good and portions are excellent. TIP: If ordering for catering, its best to call their main kitchen, the one near to Pacific Market, more staffing and is one of the main kitchens. ?

A hidden gem. My new favorite Filipino restaurant. The bangus belly singang was flavorful and the pork sisig with a squeeze of calamansi was good too. I can't wait to try more of their menu items.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of dining at Pampanga Kitchen and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The menu at Pampanga Kitchen is a true culinary delight. Their authentic Filipino dishes are bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. I had the opportunity to try their Beef Pinapaitan and Goto and it was absolutely delicious. The food was exceptional!!!!The restaurant itself is clean, well-maintained. Just half of the dining area is currently undergoing construction.Overall, I highly recommend Pampanga Kitchen to anyone looking for an authentic Filipino dining experience. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance make it a standout restaurant in the area. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of their mouthwatering menu options.

Mr. Garcia, as the owner of Pampanga Kitchen, use some COMMON SENSE in your operations. I ordered a small pan of pork guisantes to be picked up today Friday, September 22, 2023 at 5pm. I did not receive my order until 6pm. 6pm!!! That's uncalled for! I was told by cashier Gina J. that my small pan was on its way being delivered from their catering kitchen, which was apparently at a separate location. After waiting more than 45 minutes, I asked Gina if they had pork guisantes at the restaurant and she said yes. So I told her, instead of me waiting this long for the pork guisantes, why don't you just serve me the pork guisantes that you have here at the restaurant rather than I wait a full hour for someone to deliver the catered-small tray of pork guisantes to the restaurant here to which she agreed and made me my small tray of pork guisantes. I told her, you could of done this after 5 or 10 minutes of the pick up time, which by the way was at 5pm. Don't have your customers wait a full hour (1 hr) for their food. All and all, I paid $57.59 and 1 hour of my time waiting. Mr. Garcia, how can you compensate me for that 1 hour of time that I lost at my family gathering?

Today July 6, 2023, I ordered food at this restaurant (Pampanga's Kitchen in Waipahu) to be exact around 6:20 p. m.I ordered Lechon kawali and garlic shrimp plate which cost $16.95 + tax. This is my dinner supposedly but food is way beyond worst that even an animal will not eat It. The shrimp is saggy and the lechon kawali which is roasted pork have been reheated several times the meat is hard like a rock and the pork-skin was like you eating a chewing gum which is supposed to be crunchy. The food is expensive, so you expect a better quality of food that they served. If ever you planning to visit this branch or other branches think twice before you order. You don't want to be victimized by this restaurant who is not serving quality food.Marlene

My first experience in Pampanga kitchen Waipahu the food is not bad but the personality of the lady on the front counter the one who's taking food orders looks grouchy she don't even say Hello and thank you I think she hate her job I love the food but we're not coming back

Ugh, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but man this place is lacking in Aloha. The woman taking orders is devoid of any happiness and looks at you as if you're not worth her time. Lack of a hello to the customers, lack of enthusiasm to sell the food, and definitely was giving the side eye to one customer ordering. Some people who don't know the menu would of course like some kind of description, but she instead had the kind of "mataray" attitude that should not be shown when you're the "face" of your establishment. I'm hoping for the sake of future patrons, this woman with long hair has a change in attitude. No one will want to come back, least of all any tourists that are hungry for Filipino food.

I gave this 2 stars because I usually go to the Pearl city location and decided to place a takeout order since I was in the area. Called at least 3 times before someone picked up. Once in stated that I wanted to place a takeout order, the associate said to "give her a minute", I held on for at least 8 minutes. In the background I could hear conversations with in store customers, all I could hear was long and delayed goodbyes. Believe me when I used to work retail, if a customer was in front of me, the person in the phone can wait. But to keep a customer waiting 8-10 minutes on the phone wanting to place an order is somewhat unacceptable. I don't get treated like this at the Pearl City location. On a good note, I do LOVE the food!

Not to bash or something but doing business and committing to a time to pick up your food is a must in a business . Being late what you ordered ahead of time it's not cool especially if you have a party to go you will be late! Though their pancit is really tasty and good . I just feel like they don't know how to coordinate and commit with time . I hope they can fix that part . Don't take too much orders if you can't keep up
