Placed a delivery order at 7:06 pm, said 41 minutes delivery time 8:06pm no pizza no contact so I tried calling no answer for 45 minutes finally had to cook for my kids who were starving. No contact from management no food no class. Very disappointing ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Unsure why this Papa's John location has 3 stars. But my experience has been well.Since I have downloaded the Papa John's app, ordering has been easier and able to track my order.When I pick up my orders, their staff are always friendly and offers other items from menu. My orders are always hot and fresh, too.Hope they get better reviews ahead.

The pizza and service here was fine, however I felt inclined to give a two star rating because they didn’t provide information about the specials they currently have. I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas, which totaled $64. Upon arriving I see that there is a deal for 2 large pizzas for less than $35. I understand that it’s my responsibility to know but they should’ve made an effort to inform me as well. The same way they tried to upsell me drinks and desserts, is the same way I’d like to be informed about deals. It’s simply bad business.

I'm just pretty upset that I ordered wings and a medium pizza and it costed over 70 dollars and the wings were missing. The guy I talked to seemed nice but would not offer me a new order of wings. I was in the shower when the driver left my food on the washing machine. I looked at the cameras and I went out 2 min after they left. They said because they dropped off a complete order they will not be reimbursing me or replacing my wings. The manager I spoke to also insisted that the driver would not eat my wings, which sounds about right because it is 16 wings but my camera shows no one touching the wings till I went out and grabbed them 2 min later. They were saying it's probably someone at my house who ate it but no one was up at that time and they aren't on camera taking it.

2 small no add ons pizzas, I large pepperoni with mushrooms & one order 6 pieces chicken wings came out to almost $95!! Don't think I'll be ordering pizza from Papa John's anymore

This has got to be the worst pizza ever. The crust was thinner than the cardboard box it was in. Overcooked. I paid for extra cheese and barely got any at all. The middle inside of all the pieces didn't have any cheese. The half with pepperoni was decent but the side with the sausage was ridiculous. I could have taken saltines rubbed on spaghetti sauce on with sliced cheese and it would have tasted better. Covid or not, no excuse for this lack of quality and care. Never again....
We went in Papa Johns today, crews are very helpful and polite. I ordered spinach alfredo pizza, and it was so good.

This location has consistently given me grief over their specials. Occasionally, I give their location a chance, only to be disappointed over and over again. You're better off ordering from another location nearby. The last time I stepped into their store, their supervisor hassled me over a couple dollars. You'd think they'd be better at treating customers better. The last thing I want to experience is being disrespected by young men.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY SUCK! We ordered from here for our daughters school fundraiser. Never ordering from here again. Order placed at 6pm. Waited two hours and got a delivery notification. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! tried to call the store front twice! AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON US! And their outsourced customer care was no help at all since this is a franchise has to be handled by their manager. We called again someone picked up and placed us on hold only to get hung up again! 50$ down the drain HORRIBLE!
