3/21/24I'd eat here again. It's pricey for what it is but the raw beef and brisket I had was good. So was the drip coffee with a cup of ice on the side .If you've ever been to Vietnam, you know you'd be purchasing these meals for 1/10th the price or the mainland for a few bucks cheaper per plate, but then again, people pay it so here we are. At least the meat portions are generous!

We love pho so we have been trying to find a new place after being here for over 20 years. Think we found it! The broth is the big sell point and it was delish. Exactly what we were looking for. Even the blanched veggies were perfect. We had the oxtail, chicken & veggie, and meatball pho.

My go to spot for pho!! Their broth has so much flavor and they always give a lot of meat. Spring rolls are fresh, they also have a fried chicken spring roll which is so good. Not only do they have good pho but really like their lemon grass chicken vermicelli! You can add in spring rolls for only $1.25 Portions are always big and leaves me full and satisfied. I normally do take out, but they have ample amount of seating and parking is not bad. Don't be shame to park in front of Suzies! LOL

So far this is my second favorite pho place on the island. It's tucked away and hidden and can easily drive past it. I ordered the house special pho and it was delicious! Wish there was more meatballs, but the broth was delicious! Definitely coming back!

Pretty much the only place I go to for pho. I've gone to other pho places but I find myself coming back here every time. The only downfall is they usually have workers who have difficulties taking our order. Other than that, the food is really good.

When you're able to enjoy the entire meal without adding any additional sauces, it's a 5 star in my book. The Broth is awesome

My husband and I used to enjoy eating at Pho Bistro. However, we were disappointed last night. The portion size is much smaller now and the price has gone up. Perhaps it's due to the pandemic; however, it's way off compared to nearby eateries. It explains why they were so slow on a Saturday night compared to their competition. I'm afraid they will need to close up if they don't find the right balance. Food and service was still good.

I used to love coming here back in the day. I wanted pho and thought it would be right to come back since it's been a while. My husband and I were the only ones there and somehow got the worst customer service ever. The older lady came back to our table 3 times because she forgot what we ordered. I didn't really understand because we were the only ones there and they still got our order wrong. We asked for spring rolls, combination pho, and Thai tea smoothie. Our spring rolls were so tiny, the lettuce was so soggy and normally it would come out piping hot but it was warm. We were waiting for our smoothie and we didn't hear a blender going. She finally came back and asked what were waiting for and we told her. But she came out with the wrong drink. Instead of a smoothie, she came out with just a regular Thai tea drink. We drank if because we just wanted to get out of there. We never got asked how we were doing. I wish our experience was a lot better. But unfortunately it wasn't and we won't be back.

Hidden gem in Waipahu!!! My auntie who is super Vietnamese took me and my friends out to eat here, stating that it is her favorite restaurant in town. I was pleasantly surprised by how good and clean the pho was. We also had egg rolls, which were very crispy and delicious. All of that was accompanied with a yummy avocado smoothie. The staff is so sweet, funny, and attentive. Totally recommend checking out Pho Bistro the next time you are craving Vietnamese food.
