You can also eat in the store, but they give you food in disposable containers. After ordering, it was so large that I had no choice but to go, so it was convenient for customers. I ordered one serving of the special set and kimchi pancake, and 2 adults and a 3-year-old child ate it together. I packed the leftover rice and side dishes well and was able to eat until breakfast. When you order a dish, you can choose four side dishes, including kimchi, seasoned seaweed, stewed potatoes, japchae, seasoned bean sprouts, seasoned cabbage, etc. All four we chose were delicious and both the ribs and kimchi pancakes were excellent restaurants. It was the most cost-effective and satisfying meal during my trip to Hawaii?

A restaurant run by a Korean. It specializes in takeout, but you can also eat in the hall. You can choose from 3 side dishes and they are plentiful and delicious. Galbi and bulgogi are better than Korean ones.

I just found this place this past Tuesday and I ordered the dinnerplate with Meat Jun, Barbeque Chicken, Kalbi, And Teri Beef. This place is Awesome! Best Meat Jun I've had in a long time, the sauce was perfect. Kalbi was good too. Best Korean food I've had in a while. I'm definitely going back! Bi bim bap is next

Ono Korean food. Family owned. Prices aren't too bad. A good place for lunch or dinner

My other half and I randomly craved korean food one day on our way from town to waipahu. Decided to stop here , at first we were a bit skeptical because no one was outside in the parking lot and they didn't seem busy. We went inside and immediately were greeted with smiles and a nice lady that took our order, it seemed like it's a family business ran by all women (sisters) so i loved that . I ordered the meat jun , shrimp tempura mixed plate , my sides were japchae, cucumber kimchi , potatoes and sprouts . My other half ordered the mandoo plate. Let me tell you this was probably the best korean food spot we have been to in awhile and we live in town with so many options for korean food . The prices were so reasonable compared to other places we visited and great quantity. They weren't selfish with the ban chan either . My bf said the mandoo had so much filling in it and the outside was crunchy while the middle stayed soft & he liked that "5/5 stars" . I loved my meat jun, and my shrimp tempura were huge ! For me when it comes to meat jun it's about the meat and that sweet dipping sauce that comes on the side , they nailed it with flavor for both the meat jun and the sauce my mouth is watering just typing this out. The japchae was fresh, everything tasted fresh even the sprouts and potatoes . Also learned to never judge the outside of a restaurant by the looks , as soon as we placed our order a load of people came in that made phone orders . They were busy , even on christmas eve! I just wish i took pictures of my food but we demolished it.

Song's Korean BBQ is a hidden gem of Waipahu! We order take-out all the time and whatever we order the food is always good! Never a disappointment!

this is the kind of place I encourage people to spend their money. Great home styled korean cooking with amazing side dishes, pretty sure they're made inhouse. Locally, family, owned and operated with great portions. Highly advise you to give them a try!

Sad, felt as if owner didn't want to serve us, cause we were samoan. I had asked for side bul go gi meat. He came with a bowl of chopped chicken. Dark enough to make you think it was beef. It was for my parents, when I tasted and saw texture. I complained, but he denied and said no irs meat. Before that i had to park on the side, to unload my elderly parents. I turned aroundy my car was gone. Donkey owner went jump in my car and moved it to the side. So he pull in dead end n unload. Was speechless lost for words. Didn't want loose it, cause my parents wanted to eat korean.. How is he even 4stars!
