I've been a loyal starbucks customer for over 10 yrs and this one at Waikele is the WORST services that I've ever experienced. The workers seems don't know what they're doing and given a stinky eye even when they're the one messed up my order. Should worth 0 star if there's a choice...Very disappointed!!!

Ordered a Chai and they filled my cup 70% of the way up

I can see the low rated reviews are mostly folks who have long complicated orders who didn't properly prepare for a successful order of that capacity, Ive been coming to this Starbucks for almost 4 years and every time is welcoming and smooth. I was almost gone for 4 months because my vehicle was wrecked and when I returned Jennifer, Jess, Scott, Danette, and Zhai all welcomed me back and all new my typical go to order as if I never was gone for 4 months. Ladies and gentlemen quit being so harsh and have grace. If you come in with a big order come organized and correct. You have to meet folks in the middle and quit being so demanding, because at the end of the day.... YOU COULD ALWAYS MAKE YOUR OWN COFFEE! With that being said you and your families stay safe and blessed out there. Mahalo nui loa for always looking out Starbucks team! ?????

We ordered 22 drinks in total they were split into 2 different orders 11 one time and 11 another time both orders had roughly the same items which came out to around 77 dollars for each order so roughly 154 dollars for both orders so my co-workers pitched in 150 in cash but my coworker that went to go get the drinks had to still pay 40 dollars

Regular Starbucks

I was treated terribly at this place! I had a 50 dollar bill to buy my coffee, and the person at the register didn’t want to take it because it would “use all of her change for the rest of the day.”The ATM around the corner gives out 50’s, what am I supposed to do?!They ended up taking the 50 (so there WAS enough change!), but not before giving me a super hard time about it!If you don’t want to take 50’s, put a sign on the door that says so. Otherwise, keep enough change to take all bills!
