I was treated terribly at this place! I had a 50 dollar bill to buy my coffee, and the person at the register didn’t want to take it because it would “use all of her change for the rest of the day.”The ATM around the corner gives out 50’s, what am I supposed to do?!They ended up taking the 50 (so there WAS enough change!), but not before giving me a super hard time about it!If you don’t want to take 50’s, put a sign on the door that says so. Otherwise, keep enough change to take all bills!

Waited for 3 mins in line to order coffee, one customer was getting gift cards about over 70 of them he was at 350 dollars and still scanning more gift cards so we left, only one worker working at the cashier and two others were filling up other peoples order.

I ordered venti caffe latte with triple shot with 2% milk and the coffee is so waterty the espresso shots lost its flavor. My husband ordered venti chocolate cream cold brew that tastes like water. Did Starbucks replace their milk with water? The best part of this drink is when my husband threw it away.

This place is a Grab and go style. Speed is OK. They don't call their customers names. Maybe they need to add a display that tells or shows the numbers or customer names. Otherwise, customers don't know whether their product is ready or not.Parking: Parking is free. It is a public outlet parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and wide open door.

Starbucks is a billion dollar franchise, its employees make $12/hour and their prices aren’t cheap. There is no way Starbucks should be begging like a homeless person for tips for simply pouring hot water in a cup and handing it to me. America’s begging culture is out of control.

Inside of a gas station or oil changing store, nope a Starbucks. The inside was good and fast

I like this Starbucks. What's not to like? They have plenty of parking, quite a few tables, both indoor and outdoor and a bathroom. The baristas are nice, my drink is always yummy. It's great! I've been here a handful of times. I always forget there is a Starbucks in waikele because I forget about this entire side of waikele. Lower waikele lol. I've been really into flavored teas from Starbucks lately. I like peach tea, but they were out of peach, so I got my oldie but goodie strawberry candy milk tea. It's black tea with strawberry purée and condensed milk. It's delicious, but you have to drink it fast so it doesn't separate. This store is also stocked with plenty of merch, food and bagged coffee. Literally everything you'd want or expect from a Starbucks.

I received quick and efficient service. I purchased a white chocolate mac cream cold brew in my reusable cup. I also ordered a white chocolate frappe. The cashier rang me up and I scanned my card on the Starbucks app. You get double the stars if you use that method of payment. The drinks came out about 10 minutes later. They were both good. No complaints. Drinks from all Starbucks locations are pretty consistent. It just depends on the service. I've actually had really give service from the majority of baristas working for Starbucks. I noticed that most of the tables were dirty. I grabbed a napkin from the dispenser and wiped off my table myself.

I always go this Starbucks for my drink and a snack but this time the customer service that I had experienced with the lady with glasses at the register was so upsetting. I think her name is Karna? Something like that. Definitely starts with K. She needs to fix her attitude and her tone when she's taking orders. Super rude and it's like she doesn't want to be there. When I asked her if I could get a banana bread; she had a little attitude back at me and rolled her eyes. I'm not sure what happened, because I always felt welcomed and always had amazing service here. This happened in this morning, and I don't think I'm gonna come back. I'll Definitely be back in the afternoon when there's "nicer" people working.

What a sad location. I previously worked for a Starbucks and I know what it means to be a partner. My brother fell in the parking lot and we urgently needed ice to wrap around his leg. As someone who used to work for this company, I know I can easily ask for ice in an orange bag. The short asian girl who was the supervisor at the time turned me away and only said the best she could do was give me a cup of ice. She told me I could go to Safeway for ice. I don't need a whole bag of ice, I just needed the ice in a plastic bag. I understand that there's people who take advantage of Starbucks for ice, but we urgently needed ice for an injury. I did not feel like this supervisor cared nor went above and beyond for my request. It's disappointing how they couldn't honor this for an injury or someone who worked for the company.
