A great, always busy location. Cody is the best broista on the island and makes a great start to anybody’s day! I come here for the great customer service, and the coffee is an added bonus!

like any other starbucks coffee and the baristas are very friendly but I wouldn’t recommend as a place to sit down.. not too much seating and music is always loud.

***Third Update****** They relocated the ordering menu closer to the entrance for all the other restaurants. This is and already jamming up parking and stopping people from parking anywhere. The other restaurant Owners here should be pissed and rightfully so. I would slap a lawsuit on Starbucks if I were them. They have 8 employees working and it still takes 20 min to get through drive through. Who ever the owner is needs to work on process management.**update** COVID long gone, 6 people working inside. Still takes 20 min+ to get through. 1 person doing all the work and 5 looking busy. No sense of urgency. With the demanded pay raise should come the enhanced sense of urgency.They shut down their store and only leave drive thru open and the lines are horrible. Drive through is slower than molasses. If you get boxed in be prepared for at least 15 min of waiting.

Any Starbucks that serves inside and drive thru is going to be busy so give these guys some props.Some baristas at the drive thru actually make it a point to ask how your day is going and what u got planned. Some baristas on the other hand---u drive up to the window and ur sitting there for a minute waiting to be acknowledged.. not even a "hi...I'll be right with you." I get it.. they're busy. But it's an awkward pause just sitting in ur car at the window for 2 minutes.. Erin, Leslie, Chad, Gemma... AWESOME JOB!! Love u guys

This location ALWAYS messes up on my coffee. I REFUSE to go to this location. Unfortunately, I was running late and had to go to Costco and ended up getting my coffee.As always, my coffee came out tasting like chemicals. This location ALWAYS manages to put the PUMP HONEY BLEND (WHICH TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS) when I specifically ask for HONEY PACKETS OR AGAVE.I used to be in contact with the regional manager Stephanie & for YEARS I’ve been trying to contact the manager KEALA but I get no response.The fact that the Starbucks keep putting the HONEY BLEND in my coffee is unacceptable. Each individual of their staff to taste how the honey blend taste in a hot brewed coffee because I guarantee you that they would not be happy with that.PLEASE GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS. I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER IF THEY REACH OUT. THANK YOU

It’s jarring to have the barista abruptly—even loudly— cut you off trying to answer a question you haven’t finished asking. Just learn to have a listening posture first; I promise it’ll help with interactions with your customers. Glad to take this down once it’s acknowledged.

- music was very loud and they were playing loud songs (like lady gaga and rihanna)- workers were talking and yelling very loud to each other and singing out loud to the songs- there used to be more seating but now one seating area is used for storage- there are no tables and chairs inside, only bar seating along the windows - its way too loud here and i had a hard time studying and listening to my own videos/music

Coffee with drive thru service! Need I say more? To kick off the holiday season my husband and I visited this drive thru located next to Costco in Waipio and we loved the quick service and of course the holiday drinks. You can never go wrong with their seasonal drinks particularly the peppermint mocha which is among our favorites served hot and cold. The best part is the sharing. The service was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely return for another holiday round at this location soon!

If looks can be deceiving....Dining in it can be very mellow but I've never seen the consistency flow of cars going by the drive thru puts the fast food chains to shame.This is the Waipio location that's right next to Costco and thought that I needed a refuel after a busy adulting day and what better way than here at Starbucks. The cashier was very direct and automated though not rude just here to work thought incredibly busy drive thru the what seems to be a small staff does it without a sweat and is something to be very proud of.Parking at this little shopping corner is tight as it shares retail space with Pandas, Ramen Ya and few others, seating is limited inside with a counter with six stools while outside has about four two top tables though it's right beside the drive thru not sure if it's a relaxing vibe, but with a cup of Ice Pumpkin Spice Latte with Almond Milk and Pumpkin Cold Foam along with a warmed Spinach Feta Wrap is nothing to complain about at all.Thank you!

Great service. Limited inside seating with 5 tables outside. Server noted that 80% of sales are drive thru since COVID. So they haven't replaced inside seating. We came to study and they were nice enough to turn the volume down on the outside music. Inside is freezing cold anyway!! :-)

I love coming to this Starbucks, BUT, I went in this time to order. I'm assuming this is a shift lead at this location but she was made a super indirect comment towards me in front of staff and customers because I asked if my food order was ready. I understand food service is hectic but if you're going to make an indirect comment, at least be direct about it.

The staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk thru the door. They even remember your face if not by name. They definitely remember my drink. And they make my custom drink the right way all the time. I drive the 4 miles to this location to get my drink done right. ??? Mahalo.
