I used the subway app to order BOGO50. When I opened my sandwiches, only 1 piece of chicken in each pieces of sandwiches, (it was cut in 3 pieces) I called Waikele Subway to inquire, the manager said because it was BOGO50, I only get 50% of ingredients...wow...just wow....my co workers and I will never order from this location again! Why participate the promotion when you don't honor it!

Ordered online and paid through the Subway App for The Beast footlong and the Home Run Ham footlong, place is located in the restaurant area in Waikele Outlets by Genki Sushi, Chilis and Mcds so parking is kinda tough to find during peak hours.
Usually park by KFC and walk across, order was ready when I walked in, doesnt get much easier than that🤙 4 stars

Went there a few before opening to get food, waited patiently at the door and then worker came out and said they didn’t open for another hour due to a catering event. No sign on the door or anything and extremely rude service as if I was inconveniencing them by showing up right at opening hours. Problem could’ve been solved with a simple sign on the door

The women who said she was the owner but never gave me her name was incredibly rude from the start. She wasn’t listening to me or my girlfriend, kept grabbing the wrong things, then she would be frustrated cause I corrected her. I’ve been eating at subway for a long time always got the same order never had an issue til this lady in fact not two days ago I was there and I ordered the same sandwich with no issues and she was even there while the new guy was making my sandwich. She saw him put oil on my sub before toasting. I’ve done this for 20 years always put oil and vinegar on my sub with veggies before toasting never in my life have had this issue. TILL this rude lady said she can’t. Then when I asked if that was a subway rule or her rule she wouldn’t answer. Straight up rude and not welcoming, if she’s the owner subway corporate should correct her if she’s lying she shouldn’t be there.

We originally had a coupon only to find out at the register they do not participate in the coupons after a certain amount of days! this coupon didn’t expire until October so it was surprising they don’t take this but it does say if the subway participates, I think it would be helpful if an indication or sign of some sort somewhere to say they don’t take certain coupons after a time or at all. They didn’t take certain because other staff said “they don’t make money” during those periods of coupons. Please indicate especially connected to those coupon. Staff was helpful and explained this

This Subway was exceptionally welcoming. Though the prices have gone way up they still provide a good atmosphere to have lunch with the kids. The food was consistent with what we have come to expect and the variety of chips is good. Parking is always an issue but with patience it pays off with how nice they are here.

The staff was extremely unprofessional. We wanted veg patty burger but they refused citing unavailability but we are pretty they had it but refused as it was close to their closing time as it could have taken them extra time and effort. The staff looked very inexperienced. They have hired very young people looked like students who have been not trained. They initially were okay with card payment but then suddenly the girl at the counter told us some technical error and wanted cash. They didn’t even cut the sandwich into two which they do. Pathetic service. Never going back and not recommended at all
I really loved how friendly the staffs were, especially the owner! They happily welcomed me, and when I couldn’t decide what to order, they helped me and recommended some of their best sellers. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely order again here in Subway Waikele.
