I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because it's fun to watch all the workers in action. There is almost always a line out the door, but it moves fast and most definitely worth it. I get the spicy ahi tempura poke bowl usually, although this time I got the new seared ahi on greens and it was delicious! I had to get a seafood veggie tempura on the side. I never leave without at least one. So ono!

We used Tanioka's as our caterer for our wedding. I've had Tanioka's food for other occasions, so it seemed like a no brainer to have them cater our wedding. Just as I had imagined, the service was wonderful and the food was even better (we had the Hawaiian menu). Working with Lauren was amazing. She was communicative and informative and very helpful with all of my questions, even as we adjusted the headcount and added vegan options. The catering staff on the day of the wedding were also wonderful and efficient. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a caterer for your next event.Vegetarian options: Had (multiple) great vegan options for our wedding guests!
This spicy ahi bowl was probably the best I had on the island! Thoroughly enjoyed the fish and the tempura adding crunch made it even more enjoyable. I loved each and every single bite of this meal.Highly recommend placing an order ahead of time and parking in one of the designated pick up spots! Otherwise, the line is decently long and we got quite lucky with parking.

When I entered the store, I knew this was a place full of wonderful delights however I was very lost and just followed the crowd along the line and made some random purchases. I tried the large-size inari (tofu skin wrap) with vinegared rice which was OK. The highlight was the ahi tuna cake which I highly recommend to try. I would like to try the other pokes in the window next time. Definitely come back and try (many) other times.

Personally, I've eaten poke bowls from many different restaurants, but this was the most delicious I've ever had. The side dishes look delicious, so I think I'll try them next time.There's no place to eat because it's a take-out specialty...I ate it in my car this time.
