Sumo prime rib. Flavor is on point. Reason for 4 is that we ordered the prime rib to be well done but cut into it and it was bleeding. Maybe make it a bit on the cooked and not still alive - it's ll be good lol

$20 Kalbi and garlic shrimp combo. The garlic shrimp was shrimply irresistible. The kalbi not so much. Shoulda got the prime rib instead? Rice was perfectly moist. Tossed salad was drenched with thousand island but that's how I like my dressing. Super nice people. Definitely going back again.

So disappointed on the prime rib I picked up yesterday. I raved to my friend on the reviews I read on google for Tiano’s Prime Rib, and called in the order to pickup in a couple hours later. She ask me pickup a double order, so she this with her kids.When arrived, and was paying for my order, I was told the Sumo Prime Ribs was now, $32 each, not $20, as posted on the google review (photos). I should have declined the order… was charged $64, not $40 for the double order!My friend and I was so disappointed with the cost and quality of the Prime. I could not charge her for “over priced” order, because I felt so badly for recommending Tiano’s.I never posted a bad review on before, but this bad experience should be known the owners and potential customer aware of my experience.

Been coming here for awhile as it's right down the street from my office. Felt like prime rib and what better place to go than here! Pro tip - order it sliced to make it easier to eat. Slicing through the take out container and leaking on your desk isn't it... Perfect medium rare with white rice and creamy horseradish even after making the drive to the office! Awesome! Quick service and a great portion and quality food! What more could you ask for?

I ordered on the phone. The menu on their website is not a complete menu, they have pancit and had I known, I would've ordered it. Anyway, I got a Prime rib and garlic shrimp plate, prime rib plate, and mixed plate with fried chicken, prime rib, and fried fish. I didn't know the mixed plate had prime rib; I wish I had ordered the adobo fried rice and lechon instead. I also got banana lumpia. On the phone, the person taking my order said there was no medium rare prime rib right now only medium. That confused me, but I took the medium. I also wanted Halo Halo but was told they didn't have any right then, when I asked when they would the person said they didn't know. So I didn't get Halo Halo. The person was very nice. When I went to pick up my order about 30 minutes later, everything was ready. The prime rib was good, it was a bit chewy and I think that's because it was medium. There were 3 garlic shrimp, they were butterflied in the shells, they kind of looked like lobster tail. The shrimp were very good, they could've used even more garlic. The fried chicken was fried really crispy, the little bit of fried skin was good. The fish was seasoned well. I've never had banana lumpia, these were definitely a good introduction. This was worth the drive to Waipahu and I will return.

Mine was completely rare and "cold," but fine since I had to reheat my leftovers. Au jus was tasty but soooo salty. Shrimp had good flavor but completely overcooked. Tossed greens were perfect - very green and crisp. Best part of the dish. Prices went up in the past month or so. Still good prices though.

Idk what u all ate but the hamburger steak I ordered was horrible the burger itself has potential the beef itself tasted fresh but woah no seasoning whatsoever blandest thing I’ve ever eaten...rice was mushy almost on the brink of becoming mochi...and the gravy other than not enuff gravy to even cover my burger was super thin and and a dark black with no taste as well kinda like they just poured the oil from the pan over it but of course if the meat had no flavor neither will the oil. I was very disappointed especially with all the reviews I saw that said it was great...The onions was super delish tho. That was the only highlight of the meal.

Customer service was amazing but the food was such a disappointment. I ordered the prime rib, hamburger steak and adobo fried rice with lechon kawali. The prime and hamburger steak lacked flavor. It was cooked perfectly, just needed salt or some kind of seasoning. The lechon was amazing but the adobo fried rice omelet ruined the plate. It had a strong ginger flavor. I'm not sure if that's just how they make there adobo with ginger or if it was a mistake. The rice was soggy almost like mochi, which made me even more upset about the food and cost. $65 for all this food and it will be the first and last time I eat here.

Definitely recommend! I ordered the prime rib and shrimp plate (shrimp isn’t pictured on account that the food was so good and forgot to take a pic until midway). The taste was spot on and staff was extremely welcoming and hospitable.
