I went in today 02/23/24 to make a take out order. Once I was ready to order, I asked the waitress if I could order. She did NOT say one word to me, but then gave another customer a menu. I then proceeded to tell her what I wanted to order. That's when 2 customers came in. She then proceeded to not acknowledge me & started talking to he other customers that just walked in.I then left and called to speak with the owner of the cafe. The same lady answered and I asked if I could speak to the owner. She proceeded to say she didn't understand what I was saying. And I repeated my self a few more times. She keepSaying she didn't understand. And then she finally hung up. Very RUDE & CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL!

The Korean lady has a terrible attitude. Literally RAISE my hand because we need another fork and she walks right past me talking to another table and never returns. My husband tries to get her attention and she does The same thing. He finally stops her and asks her for a fork and she goes "you have forks right there!" I step in and say "Yeah and theres five Of us, but only four forks!" I will never come back here. And their Kim Chee Fried Rice is too salty and food takes long to come to The table. Not to mention i asked for lemon for my water and it never came. I ask for more napkins and she comes back with one. We have kids. Common sense is not so common

Great breakfast spot. Their fried rice is ono, and so are all the Korean foods on the menu. Friendly service and plenty of parking. They do add your bill by hand, and once we were overcharged $7.00, but it happens, we just pay attention to the tab when we get it.

First time to Waipahu cafe, plenty of parking nice clean small restaurant, quick service however the food not so good. Ordered the according to the menu "Famous fried rice omelette" well it wasn't very good rice with little BITTS of spam green onions wrapped in egg. I can name a few places right up the road that the fried rice omelette are legit. Rest of the food was so so 3 stars for quick service and parking.

A small hole in the wall restaurant that I just recently discovered even though they have been around for a long time. Love getting breakfast here since they open at 6 am and other places in Waipahu open later. They are known for their fried rice and I love their Famous Fried Rice but I sometimes get the beef fried rice which is also very good. Place has very limited seating so be prepared to wait i if dining in. I suggest calling in your order and pick it up.

Fantastic service! The food is okay. The pricing is a little high, but nowadays it's all high every where! Ordered eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and pancakes. Nothing stood out but none of it was bad. Service again was top notch! Super friendly!
