Ordered a son of a baconator and a regular baconator. We got the same burgers minus the fact one had 2 small patties and one had 1 slightly bigger one. Both were dressed the same. Fries were cold also.

Went to get the Veterans Day breakfast combo that was supposed to be offered today. However, I was meet with disappointment as I sat in line to order only to be ignored for 25 minutes just to be told that they are no longer serving breakfast and it was now lunch, the time was 10:57 not 11:00. They only chose to help me once it was convenient for them to say breakfast was no longer being served. To top it all off the floors were wet with no wet floor sign which caused my wife who was with me and also a veteran to almost slip and fall.

Harlan and his crew were amazing. He was friendly and funny. The food was as ordered, hot and tasty. We ended up having car trouble and he was eager to help. Talk about above and beyond! He is definitely an asset to your company. A big mahalo to Harlan and the crew tonight. ?

Disgusting. Hamburger was cooked till dry. Not even warm. No, I don't want a coupon cause I am never going back. Over charge, then I get a jerky burger. ffs, do better.

I walked in, saw one of the line cooks cough into the glove he was wearing to serve his food, and walked out right after he walked up to me and said “hello welcome”. That is very disgusting. I’d never want myself or anyone to go through something so unsanitary. Imaging receiving food from someone who does that.

Went here for breakfast and the lady was nice but I noticed something off with my iced coffee. I looked and see white specks floating so I stopped drinking. I hope I don't get sick ??

I'd give more stars but I didn't get to experience anything but the bad service. I was at the counter waiting. People looked my direction, but not one person actually acknowledged my existence or have me any indication that I would be helped. I waited a couple minutes and finally just turned to leave. As I was walking out, and a lady I assume is the manager had finally walked up to the register and had her mouth open like she was surprised I just walked out.
I had no problem with waiting, I didn't like the lack of customer service.

Sauced nuggets where a waste of money little to no sauce on some warm nuggets. My friends cold brew was abismal his words. A bird hit the window which was funny tbh.

I would give negative stars if I could!!! The service was fast... Too fast..(I was the only person in the restaurant during lunchtime which should be a red flag) they got my order completely wrong, I asked for no lettuce, no tomato and onion on the triple burger, also I asked for lite mayo on the spicy chicken sandwich and they still murdered it with mayonnaise. Also my spicy nuggets were ridiculously cold. Thought I'd give this Wendy's a second chance after awhile but I was right the first time.... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! THE EMPLOYEES AND FOOD ARE GARBAGE!!!
