Pulled into the drive through with two cars ahead of me at 7:13PM tonight. Finally got to order at 7:32. Baconator no mayo or ketchup. Staff apologized and said they were short staffed. (Completely empathize with them, not their fault.) However, after being trapped in a drive through I couldn’t leave and getting my horrible incorrect food at 7:47… they need to figure something out. No napkins, burger wasn’t even close to what I ordered, cold and smashed together… I had to use my shirt to wipe off the fries from the salt. Never again. Shut down the inside or drive through if you can’t manage. I just wasted $13.00.

Going to the Wendy's was pretty good. I went there to try out the ice cream because I was comparing ice creams from lots of ice cream places and the ice cream was a little disappointing. It was super light and airing, which is good for some people, but not for me and it was also like very icy not great. They're fine. Drinks were good though.

The BEST wendy's EVER. They come in everyday and work for every customers preferences. They always customize your orders if you want to and I know a lot of people complain about this or a machine not working, but HEY it's not like tHeY broke it!!!! They are people too and deserve kindness from customers!!! Keep up the great work and know that your community supports you!!!! Thank you staff and mangers!!!

This location is seriously hurting. Stopped by the drive thru for a quick road bite because I was starving and it was the only spot nearby. I sat waiting to speak my order at the screen for about 10 minutes. Literally at the screen. Couldn’t leave the drive thru due to cars in front of me. Pulled up to pay. Lady asked what I ordered, I told her, and she threw her hands up in the air and walked away. Sat for another 10 minutes while the people in front of me waited for their food and then I just booked it out of the drive thru. What a waste of time.

Made an online order in the Wendy's app about 15 minutes before getting there in the hopes that the food would be ready when we arrived. When we arrived, the food was not ready and we had to wait another 15 minutes before we received our food. There was on ly one person on the grill preparing the food and that person was slow. Appeared to only cook one burger at a time, very slow.

The was good and the fries were hot and fresh.nothing wrong with the taste of the food.

I recently visited and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my visit enjoyable right from the start. My order was taken promptly, and the team worked efficiently to prepare my meal.

I appreciated how clean and organized the restaurant was, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. When my food arrived, it was fresh and delicious, exactly as I had hoped.

It's always great to see a team that works well together and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family!

Drive though speaker broken Saturday morning, so all orders taken at last window. Food was was good as always. Service not so much. The worker had in airpods the whole time. I kept having to repeat myself and she still got order wrong. What's should have been a 5 minute stop turned into 25 mins.

Foods always good but had to question the cleanliness. Went to wash my hands before eating and even noticed the sign saying employee must wash hands before returning to work. Question I have is with what soap?! See photo. Probably why the food was so good 😅😂🤷🏻‍♂️

The service is horrible.
They have 2 soda machines, one is broken… the other has no ice and only has a select number of drinks and one option is not coke?! Like how?!
I would take a picture of my food but nothing was worth it except for this horrible frosty…
Just avoid this place at all cost.
