It was full on raining whilst I was getting my food at around 2pm. So I ate my food in the car, but that didn’t bother me much.

Love the cute look of this little food truck! You wouldn’t guess it but this is where to get the best garlic shrimp on the island. Big, juicy plump shrimps and a good amount of them on a plate with hot rice and the best Kim chi I've tasted on the island. The two ladies in charge were so kind and even gave us extra rice when they saw I was sharing with my daughter. So kind!

I had a great lunch at the Yellow Kitchen food truck, ordered the Fish, Egg, and Vegetable mix with rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fantastic, and it made for a perfect gluten and dairy-free meal. Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty, healthy option on the go
