Alright I know it was a holiday and they were busy and short handed but that's no excuse for the service given. My son and I stood waiting for our order for over 45 mins. We watched them address smaller orders leaving the larger orders sitting on the counter getting cold. I gave them 45 mins before saying anything because it was a holiday but after having watched the employees pick and choose what orders they were going to work on that was it. The counter was jam packed with food waiting to be covered and handed out. When I worked at zippys food was covered and marked off as they came out, sorted into orders then rechecked before packing and giving out. My son had to keep me from walking in the door to help them because we stood there watching food that wasn't being addressed for the entire time we were waiting for our order. Manager had even acknowledged us and marked our order as here but no one took anytime after that to acknowledge our order. It was when we hit the 60 min mark that I asked about our order and within a span of 5 minutes given my complete, cold order. Once upon a time it was mandatory for employees to work a holiday if it fell on a day that was stated available. If the company is unable to properly staff for the day shouldn't a decision then be made to open or close? If you're going to be lenient and forgo any policy's why even have them? This location is my go to when I have a craving for Zippys but this experience will keep me away for a while, especially because we all had a tummy ache afterwards.

A couple of days ago, My sister purchase 4 apple napples and they don't make it like they use to, soooo disappointing, I was looking forward to their great turnovers. But, I got one with hardly any apple filling (check the pictures), the other 3 also did not have much apple fillings and to top it off...they raised the price since we had last purchased. Please, check the turnovers fillings before you purchase.

I've been coming here since I was young! I always visit here whenever I'm in town. I ordered their Mini Chili Frank Plate without beans and it was delicious. I also love their Korean Fried Chicken Plate & Teri Beef Plate. I want to try other entrees they offer. The service was great!

My family and I dropped by this Zippy's location on our way to travel around and I couldn't have been any happier. Merry was our host and she was AWESOME! Not my first time at a Zippys (and miss it every time I'm back home) but she made the experience happy! Obviously the food was great but she made my little 3 year old niece happy with those extra donut holes. Mahalo!

Everytime we try to put in a phone order for the Specials that they have on "Any" particular day they always say they "ran out" and this is at 11:00 am. How can you run out of the specials and it's not even lunch time yet.

This local favorite was pretty busy for a Wed morning! All curbside pick up stalls were full so I decided to walk in for my order. I was at the counter behind another female waiting to be assisted. The female in front of me was done so I thought I would be helped right away. I was wrong. They must have been busy... I waited patiently for about 2 min. The associate at the Bakery had to tell the cashier that I was waiting and needed to be helped. She clearly saw me earlier but maybe she was occupied with other orders. She then helped me and gave me my order. I asked her to order some pastries but she told that I needed to go to the Bakery which was o her right. The lady at the Bakery was very nice and friendly. She helped me with my pastry order and was so kind! They have an array of baked goods which makes it hard to choose at times. Today, I ordered a box of fried chicken, a napple apple, a chocolate center donut, and glazed mochizadas. The chicken was nice and crispy as usual and very tasty. The napple apple was delicious and flaky (a local favorite). My favorite is the blueberry napple but the napple apple is good as well. The chocolate center donut was also yummy. It was soft with a good amount of chocolate and their mochizada is a malasada and mochi mixed together. The consistency is a really good and a little chewy. Worth the try! Zippys has many local favorites and delicious bakery goodies that are worth the cheat day!
