Start off by saying the food is really good. I came to this Zippy’s twice this week because I was attending a class in the area. The biggest downside is it is pricy. Also the second time I went here, I splurged a little extra $$ to try the surf pac and ended up with the standard zip pac which was very disappointing. In the end, if you are in a rush, want decent Hawaiian food and have $15-$20 laying around, Zippy’s in Waipio is an okay option- just remember to check your order for accuracy.

Usually stay away from Zippys as prices have gone up and portions have gone down but finally decided to go down here on Wednesday night as late night choices are very limited here? and this was 830pm at night....
Had to use my $5 coupon so decided on a Zip Pac Deluxe for $18....but came out a little over $15 when using the coupon so wasnt bad. Had a couple eating their food in the dine in area self serve and other than that it was just me waiting for food. Only took 5 minutes for my food so that was a positive. Food was the typical zippys... Though the chicken got smaller and the teri beef looked rather slim and tiny too. Im glad the Las Vegas Zippys is doing well since I feel post covid that this local food chain is failing.... 4 stars.

I always order mobile so that no need to wait at least 10+ minutes. My order was ready in 5 minutes this time and it was kept in the lock box. I usually go to Kapolei location but the food was way better here. Korean chicken was well covered with the sauce, mac salad was so good, and cheese and onion were generously added. The sitting area was clean too.

Not our favorite location. If you dont tip at the fast food side they skimp on portions and don't provide hot fresh chicken just barely Luke warm. Don't lay the recipit down after someone orders all slick to look at if you got a tip or not. Yes it was obvious. It's biased service.

Ordered $300 worth of food for a party yesterday. Original pick up time was 4, received a text at 3:15 saying our order would be ready early, 3:30, then another text saying it’ll be expected at 3:34. Arrived at 3:50, cashier said I was waiting for rice. About 4:00, I overheard one person (who I assumed was a manager) inquire with 2 others about what I was waiting on. I asked the same cashier again what I was waiting for, then she said a zip pack, I said that’s not my order, then she said fried noodles. 4:10, bags and bags of food started being placed on the counter. Instead of making me wait for everything at once, they could’ve handed me whatever was ready to load since they had me make 3 trips to my car alone.. Not one employee offered to HELP. Not one apology for having to wait. Customer service is just dead everywhere.

Zippy's is a staple in Hawaii. Food was good. Service great.Only thing missing is that they stopped serving wine a week prior to me going. The only location serving alcohol would be Pearl City.
