The food is phenomenal! We've just recently moved to Farragut and have ordered food from there a couple of times. We haven't been disappointed yet! The house fries, burgers, and pizzas are the best.

Decided we would find a small town diner to grab a breakfast and came upon the Bar & Grill. A really good find with a bit of local atmosphere as the locals sat around with their morning coffees having a yarn.My notes say really good breakfast plus it was very reasonable in price, All fresh & nice hot coffee kept coming.A pretty big place with a full size restaurant/night club attached room next door worth a drop in !

Short and to the point...if you are looking for a really really great pork tenderloin sandwich, then visit the Main Street Bar & Grill in Massena, Iowa...just off of State Highway 92 in Adair County...it's about midway between Council Bluffs and Des Moines. Their pork tenderloin is obtained from the local grocery store's meat department, where they hand cut and tenderize each loin. The Bar & Grill then hand dips each loin in their prized batter before the cooking begins. The loin is huge in diameter, and also has a perfect thickness. It's a meal in itself, but hey go big or go large, right !!! And on Wednesday nites, they also make their to-die-for onion rings...they hand slice them, hand dip them in their prized batter, and voila...incredible !!! Oh yeah, you can get a small or large order of rings...unless you are super hungry, go with the small if it is just for you. On the other hand, go with the large if it's for two or more people...the portions are just huge !!! The joint is not fussy or fancy...the bar is very basic, and the basic beverages are all available. The other food is good too, it's just that the pork tenderloin is Top Shelf !!! They also have all-you-can-eat-cod on Friday nites...very tasty as well. Prices are reasonable...service is prompt and friendly Enjoy !!!

We go to Massena's Main St. Bar & Grill on weekends when they have delicious steaks and shrimp on the menu. Or prime rib as well. Food is good with prices great with a small town atmosphere. Join your friends for a relaxing time while having your meal done just the way you want it!!
