Been to Fiesta 3-4 times and every time we receive poor service but tonight was the worst! Food was good but no one checked on us from the time we put in our order until we got up to pay. No additional drinks or refills, no boxes for leftover food. No bill brought to table…means no tip since we had to take care of ourselves. The place wasn’t even busy!!

Extremely loud inside.
Calling orders can be difficult because of this.
They need acoustical sound pannels BAD. The food is great depending on what day you go. I found Fridays I'd give the food 4 stars. We've ordered fish tacos that were hand breaded cod I assume. They now buy frozen fish I assume from Fatway like fish sticks.. The restraunts is updated nicely, can't say much on design/Craftsmanship because I am a great carpenter and pick anything apart lol.
I would recommend going in! Won't be blown away, but menu pricing reflects quailty of food. Service is typically quick they work very hard!

The wife and I spent 7 months in San Antonio Texas. Known for its bbq and Mexican food. I can honestly say Fiesta hands down beat all the Mexican restaurants we went to in San Antonio. It is fabulous. I had the Choripollo and can’t praise it enough. I didn’t take a photo because I didn’t plan on writing a review, but had to. The service is great.

I typically order Tacos Pastor, and they are delicious! However, I recently ordered the Chori Pollo and WOW! There is so much flavor and the perfect amount of heat. Try it!
We sat outside in the new shaded seating area. The water fountain is a really nice addition. ?

The food is pretty good. The service is very slow. We have been there twice, both times the people were not waited on in order of seating. One group came in after us, ordered and were out before us. They also need to install sound buffers as it is very noisy. This is a new restaurant so hopefully they will get organized and continue to improve the environment.

The carnitas were juicy and delicious. Just what we needed for lunch on our bike ride on the RRVT. Look forward to coming back and dining on the patio.
