First time trying this restaurant. Loved every single thing about it. The atmosphere was super cool and the food was absolutely amazing. The chef at this restaurant put together a great menu. Everything we ordered was exceptional, but the Bread Pudding was the best I’ve ever had. I was not expecting such a great restaurant when I went there. The service was outstanding and it was a lot of fun. Everybody was dressed up for Halloween. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

Stopped by while waiting for the kids to finish watching the football game. The old fashioneds from the bar were outstanding, and the bartender was top-notch! However, the food was a letdown. Ordered cheese curds, and while the four unburnt ones were tasty, most of the plate was like what’s shown in the picture.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OMG, I absolutely LOVE this place! I had GWB on my “must-try” list for way too long, and my husband and I finally made it in last night for date night.
First off—the vibe is spot on. Very chill, with a cool speakeasy feel (bartenders in ties included). Second—the drinks. My go-to is always a classic lemon drop martini, and theirs was perfection. My husband opted for a blueberry cider that was so good I had to steal a sip.
For an appetizer, we went with their house-made (not Sysco!) cheese curds, and let me tell you—they rank right up there with my favorites from an Irish bar in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin (a place that knows a thing or two about cheese 😉).
Dinner was just as impressive. I had the Bier Cheese Spaetzle with chicken, and my husband ordered the Pho Philly. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous enough that we left with to-go boxes. I had my eye on dessert, but I was way too full this round.
Huge thanks to the staff for making it such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back. Perfect date night spot!

I first visited this restaurant a week ago with a group of friends and enjoyed it so much that I came back with my husband a week later for our anniversary! Great, classy atmosphere and the food is delicious! Excellent service on both visits- the staff is wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Showed up with a group of 9 and staff were super welcoming and accommodating. The food was great and the atmosphere was really something, kind of a saloon speak-easy vibe. Staff were top notch. We enjoyed trying various drinks too. Highly recommend. Fun to see Adel score such a unique place.
The space is absolutely transformed and amazing. Super cozy and chic all at the same time. Our service was phenomenal. The owner greeted us at the door, and our server was experienced, warm, and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious. It came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. Our drinks were on point. You should definitely order the old-fashioned and the rare breed. Both are delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s nice to have a place that makes for a great date night.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. Our server was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The cocktail menu impressed us right away and every course of our meal was outstanding. As a thoughtful touch, the manager surprised us with complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary. The food, service and atmosphere were all exceptional! We feel so lucky to have a place of this caliber in Adel and can’t wait to come back!

What a gem! Great White Buffalo has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Adel. The atmosphere is super cute and cozy, perfect for a relaxed date night. The bar has a really cool vibe with creative, delicious cocktails. I tried the Mean Margarita and it absolutely lived up to the name, bold, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
The food was fantastic, and the service was just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. You can tell this place puts care into every detail. Whether you’re grabbing drinks with friends or settling in for a night out, this place hits all the marks. Highly recommend!
