Small entrance. People afraid of being in line since covid. They should reverse the counter, because the line goes out the door if only 3 people in line. Workers are great, food is same as other subways.

Generally, the service and cleanliness of the place is very good, but God forbid you order for pickup online. Almost always, the people will get your order completely wrong, give you somebody else’s order, or flat out not give you part of your order. This has been an ongoing issue since at least 2021, and I’ve seen several other reviews saying they’ve had similar problems.

Do better.

Terrible, wish i didn't order for pick up, should have watched them make the sandwiches. Little to no meat, no sauce on a sandwich which is advertised to have it on it. The only good thing was the all ready pre-bagged chipped and the drink. Thanks i now how to go somewhere else to eat.

I came in and immediately felt very awkward. The employee didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or serve us. My partner and I felt very uncomfortable throughout our visit. Very clean and well kept though ?

Food was great as expected.Store won't accept coupons "per the owners" and female on staff kept telling all the customers there's limits as to what she would put on a sandwich, for instance one customer asked for more black olives and was told "3 is the max I will put on a sandwich". When we were leaving they were telling customers they won't accept the app or rewards either.We won't be back and I don't recommend eating here.

I purchased 2 sandwiches with chips and drinks for my 2 daughters. My 11yo wanted lemonade. The fountain was out. I asked them to check. The staff checked and reported that they were out of lemonade. (She did not place a sign on the fountain). I asked if we could take one from the fridge. "No, you paid for the cup and it would make my inventory off." I was irritated, my daughter will not drink anything else from the fountain. I sent my 11yo out to the car and I waited for a break in the line. I asked the employee to refund the fountain drink and sell me one out of the fridge. (They are the same price.) "No, you already took the cup." At this point I am very angry. I left the store and said nothing. No Karen behavior here. Do better Subway. Ridiculous.

I don't like that the store in Adel doesn't do the coupons I now have to travel to the next town which really is inconvenient with the price of a sandwich they should try harder for people.
