Excellent food, great service, a must visit when in the area. The quality of food far exceeds its price.

The food is great and the vibe is fantastic. Do not miss the weekly open mic every Thursday!

We stopped by this morning on our way back from catering in Crawfordsville, IA. We know good food when we eat it, & Travis delivered today at his restaurant. Best Omelet in 3 counties'!

I'm sorry, but this was the worst tenderloin I have ever had in my life. The breading was very odd and slightly burned. The meat itself was very thin, tasteless and just practically non-existent. The guy had run out of ketchup so he put some tasteless sauce on instead of just telling us he had no ketchup. So very bad tenderloin, very salty fries, no ketchup or mustard.

My review is for the food truck portion of Iowa Brëd. We've had their chicken burritos and taco plate, also chicken. Both are tasty but there is a wait as there is only one person cooking. Don't look for a get it and run meal. Everything is cooked fresh so if there is a line when you get there it's going to be a little bit. I didn't rate the atmosphere because it is a food truck, in a parking lot so there isn't really an atmosphere.

Parking: They take their truck to the laundromat and car wash's parking lot in Wayland. We haven't run into an issue yet. In Washington it's also a parking lot so I don't think there is an issue there either.

Been there three times so far. First time, the fries and tenderloin were undercooked and cold in the middle. (But got it to go so was a bit screwed) The second time I visited, I asked for both to be left in for an extra few seconds, but came out way overcooked. Third time, (I know, shame on me at this point) I tried the wings, sauce on the side and they came with sauce all over them. I tried to eat as much as I could but there was just way too much sauce. I feel like they are really close to being a good restaurant, but it seems like someone or something just doesn't care enough to take it to that extra level. I will wait about a year or so to let them get it figured out. It's a bit too overpriced to keep taking chances. I'm glad they are around, as we need more food options. It's just a little disappointing when you don't consistently get what you expect. The staff (one woman who is way overworked and constantly swamped) is very friendly and does her best.
