First 2 times,, good food, decent atmosphere. Went in after the deep freeze, and found they hadn't been open for a while and had gotten no stock in,, I get it. trucks froze trying to deliver at -10. Just went in to see if they were back up to full operation,, owner copped a attitude when I inquired about what was being served. told me to go to McDonalds if I wanted to get what I wanted. Was going to bring in a friend and let him try out the place,, guess he doesn't need my business.

Food truck workers didn't wear gloves while handling food(cook kept wiping his hands on his clothes) he also was eating some of the fries he freshy cooked for orders. Long wait time for food to come out. And I noticed engine oil of sorts and other chemicals sitting in the hand washing sink while waiting.

This was such a pleasant find! Great food, quick and friendly service, too! The birria tacos were flavorful, nice strawberry sour beer, they accommodated a low-carb request from my husband and the kids' meals were brought out super quickly (thank you!!!)

Iowa Bred is phenomenal! I was a bit skeptical at first, I ordered my food, and once I showed up, there was an issue with my order, They set it straight right away and compensated me. The service is top-notch the employes are kind i would highly recommend their food

I had a great breakfast skillet with bacon and sausage. Travis was great to talk to while I was eating. Good local stop and I will be back the next time I drive thru.

My friends and I arrived at IowaBred aprox. 11:20 AM on Tuesday 2/25/25. There was no one there! My friend went to the door and it was locked! We were anxious to try their menu, but guess that won’t happen as we won’t be back!! 😠

Tried eating there 2/14 for dinner. Place was empty of customers and we sat ourselves. The man bartending and the girl he was flirting with just stared at us while three children ran circles around the restaurant screaming at the top of their lungs throwing things everywhere for 5 minutes straight. We left and won't be back. It's a shame because the cook makes excellent dishes. Stick with the food truck, the service will undoubtedly be better.
