Stopped in on the way through town. I've been in places a lot grungier than this, Not a lot of crowd for lunch on a Saturday, so service was prompt. Good burgers, one of our group got a battered cod sandwich, which was a square patty straight out of the freezer. Wasn't bad but not much different from a Hardees. Nothing bad, nothing great.
Food was excellent and always has variety of food on the soup and salad bar. The walleye was perfectly cooked and the taste was excellent.

I was a little disappointed based on others review. Maybe an off night. The atmosphere was crass the food was not worth the $15 plate. Their idea of salad is shredded lettuce used for sandwiches. Fish would have been good if it weren't over cooked. The pool table felt is wore thin causing the game to be a little less fun. I try to give the benefit of doubt maybe I was there on an off night but I am not convinced. Passing through so they miss the chance to impress.
