We came to this location last night and we got seated quickly, however we then waited nearly 20 minutes with nobody even stopping by to take our drink order. We left without even having ordered drinks when a table that got seated next to us got their drink order taken immediately and three servers walked past us without even asking if we'd been helped yet.

Only one staff member was ride and inconsiderate. Retrain your staff member on customer service with a brown and blonde pony tail. Very inconsiderate and said essentially not my problem. I've never had an issue up until today

we got curbside to go and the burgers were supposed to be pink, but they were well done crispy. And I got a brownie bite that was so burnt the bottom quarter inch was hard and black.

We have always chosen this location, but recently, our experience wasn't so great. Be careful when ordering boneless buffalo wings. We ordered the 2 for $25, and the wings were raw inside. We didn't even realize until we warmed them up later, surprised by the raw chicken that we had already eaten earlier. It's totally disappointing and disgusting!

The orders were messed up twice and the drinks were wrong for 2 people. The fries were too salty and inedible for my Aunt. The wait time was not good. I ordered the hottest boneless wings and couldn't taste any heat. Rather disappointing. There was also an odor to the place that wasn't food.
I’ve been a regular at the Altoona Applebees location for about a year now. And to say the least because of two women it’s one of my favorite and most looked forward too outings every week, those two women being brooklynn and Nickie. These two light up the whole entire restaurant and are top notch when it comes to customer service and making everyone feel at home and more than welcome when visiting this location. Words wouldn’t describe how hard they work and how dedicated they are to keeping a smile on everyone’s face, which is what everyone looks for in a server and a bartender! All in all they deserve a raise and more praise than they already get!

2 for 25? Both of us had chicken, mine a platter, that was burnt. We said nothing because if you can't see the way to dark brown you won't believe us when we say it's burnt. The waiter was nice but not really smart. The appetizer, onion rings were great. I used to go here with my Mom. This was the second time since she died 3 yrs ago. She would have ate, paid, stood up, left and never came back. I'm saddened that this is where we are going with it. Btw vote go out to eat. Next time we vote we'll have sandwiches at home. Not many in Applebee's this last time. I wonder, if the meal isthe reason to go there... how long will it stay open?
