My mom just ordered her food, and the guy at the window didn't say hi and you're welcome to her when he handed her card back at all. He did say have a goodnight when he handed her food to her.

Food was ok and so was the service but the place was set to 62 degrees, our kids were freezing. Did not seem like a welcoming place to eat inside.

Today on labor day the husband and I stopped for a quick lunch in the drive thru. Sky took our order and I was impressed by her calm and collected demeanor even as my husband customized his sandwich. She also made sure to ask if we needed sauce which many times we are never asked and forget about until we get home to eat. The food was delicious,the order was accurate and I want to make sure your employee gets the recognition of going above and beyond today. We even had napkins in the bag which we normally don't.
