Went for my lunch break and got asked a name for my order since i ordered inside but I was taking it to go and they also asked any sauces I said ranch well about 10 minutes go on and apparently I was supposed to know my lunch was just sitting there on the shelf for online orders so when i ask she points to it and and my fries were completely cold let alone no sauce I would rather drive the 10 minutes to go do a different location

Need to listen to customer when placing their order, when a customer asks for no salt on ff or no whip cream on their shake No means NO!

The girl taking orders at the drive thru is apparently to distracted to take orders right. Had to repeat ourselves many times. Got to the window and paid, she forgot she took our payment for our order and then we still didn't get everything we ordered. What's the point of drive thru if you still have to go inside to get the rest of your order.
