The girl taking orders at the drive thru is apparently to distracted to take orders right. Had to repeat ourselves many times. Got to the window and paid, she forgot she took our payment for our order and then we still didn't get everything we ordered. What's the point of drive thru if you still have to go inside to get the rest of your order.

I hadn't been to Arby's in Altoona for a long time and what a pleasant surprise when I found out they have brought back the big ham and cheese sandwich. Great service and very reasonable prices.

The buns for the big cheeseburger and the Arby's Q were Very dry. The hamburger was way over cooked. We won't be back!

My mom just ordered her food, and the guy at the window didn't say hi and you're welcome to her when he handed her card back at all. He did say have a goodnight when he handed her food to her.
