The pretzels were fine, but they were a little burnt, and the prices for the buckets 50$?!?! Unreasonable. The lady working the counter was very unwelcoming and kept getting our order wrong. The floors were dirty and the tables were sticky. If I want auntie Anne's pretzels I will drive the extra 15 minutes to get them at another store.

Awful customer service, was not engaging at all and I had to repeat myself multiple times and was blantanly ignored, they didn’t want to make anything new and were trying to make people buy old pretzels. Were not good at answering questions and seemed to not want to talk with customers at all. Very disappointed. Had me waiting for 20 minutes and asked what I had ordered.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from there the pretzels were burnt, even when they made them fresh. The pretzels are too expensive to be burning them!There is always a line of people waiting. The employees spend more time talking than working and they are rude. I’ll never go back there!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All were smiling and happy to handle all requests from the customers. Food was fast and fresh! A+ we will be back.

It's sad that you have a store full if customer who are waiting to order. After waiting for more the 15 minutes. Some group of people from the same family walk in and just sit down and to invade my daughter space just sitting at her table. They used another table as well. People are still waiting to order and this Spanish lady gave them all food and drinks. The didn't order and if they had a pickup order they never showed there order. You can look at your camera to see this. The lady counting a new drawer was the one who gave free food and drinks, yo people who never waited in line like the rest. Rhe worst service ever. Will not come back to a place who treat paying customers like that

The two people working had horrible attitudes and were very slow to complete small orders. They yelled at another couple for being over a ridiculous capacity of 6 and then refused to serve them! Never again.

Pretzels were good, but as others have mentioned the lady making food was rude. The line was to the door, so as my family was trying to squeeze inside she yelled across the store about us letting bugs in. It's an outdoor mall, so I'm not sure what she expects.

The experience was not great. Ordered food was told it would be 10 mins. I came back in 10 mins only to see her throwing away my cinnamon sticks as they were burnt. No communication I just waited until the new batch came out

The Server kept yelling at her staff, she was clearly frustrated due to being busy, however every customer in the store was being patient. Not one customer through a fit, raised their voice or got angry. It was also clear there was a new employee that this server was very frustrated with, she shut the oven on her when she tried to put the pretzels in the oven, yelled at her to the dough in the mixer and it was very clear that the girl didn’t know what to do. Customer’s would come in and ask for items Strawberry-banana Smoothie the customer got told “ We don’t have this”, another customer asked for Mini Pretzel Dogs “ We don’t have those”, multiple customers walked out of the facility due to the lack of respect and her irritation of being busy and customers being in the store. Coming from someone who worked retail for nearly 20 years I am highly highly disappointed in the service.

Worst service ever. Go at 1:00pm and nothing was made. Employee was sullen and unapologetic. Took 20 minutes to get pretzels. Maybe if the company paid their employees better with better benefits, they could get better help.

Get promos for free delivery and can’t use them because they aren’t accepting pickup or delivery orders, can not order through door dash just continue getting errors. Go into the store and order a bucket off their menu they refuse to do it and are super rude. They make the jalapeño pretzels wrong, they are supposed to have cheese on them and they don’t.

I wonder who owns this location and if they have any idea how horribly it’s being run. This store is such a joke and the employees have no idea what they are doing. There’s absolutely no customer service. I came in with my family today and waited in line for 10 minutes and once I got to the register the woman working said “sorry we have to close for 30 minutes”. There were at least 7 other people behind me. Instead of locking the doors so nobody else could come in, they let everybody in but wouldn’t serve them. So we all had to leave empty handed (even though there was food in the warming case and some fresh out of the oven). They also limit the amount of napkins you can take (only 2 per purchase, really??) won’t accept $50 bills. It’s just kind of a mess all around. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised considering all the reviews of this location are negative
