i went to b bops around 730 tn and the manger (who was cooking food) had long blond hair and wasn't wearing a hair net and had it lossly put up and when i get to go eat my fry's i found multiple hairs in my food

I watched the …. large bearded person with decent highlights hand a full cup of soda to the smaller non-bearded, management appearing type. It’s 2024 so I’m trying to be PC. It appeared to be a 5’2” thing. It wasn’t my cup, watched her spit into it. I don’t even drink soda/pop. I left my burgers, and didn’t pay. Disgusted. ?

First time here , drive through was pretty cool , took a while but they were busy. Burger and chicken nuggets were really good. Burger reminds me of Burger King burgers. Chocolate shake was good but it was too thick to drink lol. Chilly cheese fries also were pretty good
Usually okay-ish during the day but if you go here any time in the evening it is so hit or miss. Twice now I’ve gone in the evening and the first time I ordered a single with no cheese.. got home and it was literally a bun and pattie.. no toppings whatsoever. Even though I was charged full price for a single with all of the toppings. Months after this incident I decided to try again and that time I ordered a double- again with no cheese. I didn’t check my sandwich before heading home and was sorely disappointed. They again just gave me the patties and a bun. I paid $5.78 just for the sandwich??. I am at a loss as to how they could mess their main sandwich up so badly.. and further more, how the workers could really think that someone would just want the patties and bun with no sauce or toppings. Not only was the order wrong but there were only two cars in front of me with very small orders and I was in line for easily over 20 mins after ordering. Such a waste of time and money honestly. You are better off driving the extra 15 mins to the Ankeny location.
