We went to celebrate our anniversary and were seated. Weren’t offered drinks or anything waited over 15 mother finally another hostess came up and told us they forgot they seated us and the waitress would be there in a bit. We left as it appeared they were poorly staffed and trained.
We recently visited Brick & Ivy Rooftop for dinner! We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to our table and told us the server would be right over! Within seconds we were greeted again by an enthusiastic server named Kinzie she joked with us all night and made our dining experience one of the best nights out we have ever had! Ate here for the first time today. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The queso Mac is an exceptional side. Philly was great too!
