Charleys Cheesesteaks

I’m leaving this review out of frustration.

The card reader was conveniently “broken,” and they strongly pushed for a tip—completely unprofessional. The food was disappointing, and the service was just as bad. Everyone I’ve met in Des Moines has been incredibly kind and welcoming, but this place really ruined my experience.

To make things worse, this one restaurant gave me a bad impression of the entire outlet mall. It’s unfortunate, because I was really enjoying my time here until this happened.

I’ll be writing a full post on my blog about this when I get back.

Those five-star reviews? Honestly, they seem fake.

Fast and delicious

Got horrible food poisoning from here and then 30min later my gf had the same thing. I would not recommend to anyone. That was a brutal night. Completely ruined that trip experience.

Whoever is in charge needs to be fired, from what it seems it seems like it seems as if everyones food is overpriced, poor quality, and unethically served, the wings that we got were some of the absolute worst wings ive ever had, it felt like chewing on a shoe from the excessive amount of breading, dont go here, its disgusting

They will over sell you, they will make you buy two cups of ranch sauce even if you decline it. Very sleazy and unethical service

Used to get Charleys in Florida, and it was great... But this location was terrible. Sandwiches were very light on meat. Wife was randomly given extra hot sauce on hers, after being denied a side of mayo. Maybe it made them mad? Fries were okay, but the cheese sauce on mine tasted like it was days old. So disappointed that a place I was looking forward to enjoying was such a crap experience.

Horrible just horrible I went to Charley’s and all they did was take for ever to give me my order and when I got my fries finally after hours of them talking to some random girl they didn’t have any ranch in them and not so much cheese which is the whole point of the gourmet fries! GET BETTER EMPLOYEES

Their chicken Buffalo sandwich was so good, I've found my new favorite sandwich. ?

Didn't put the right stuff on the sandwiches

Extremely overpriced!!! Paid $36 dollars for 2 regular philly combos. Sandwich was mostly bread. I was pretty excited to try this place, but left disappointed and will never return to pay them expensive prices for there not very good cheesesteaks. Also got charged for two ranches that we didn’t ask
