Very disappointed. I drove out to buy a gift and there was a sign that said "Will reopen in 15 minutes". I waited 40 outside and it never opened. No phone response. Wish I didn't waste my afternoon!

1 counter worker doesn't cut it .... we waited and waited, and waited, until we finally realized we don't have 45 mins to wait and the more people came in, the more chaotic things got.... help me make sense why 1 worker the day before Thanksgiving!!! Staff shortage? There were at least 25 people in the little 200sq ft establishment and 1 worker..... we both wanted some chocolate pretty bad, so we SETTLED for fudge from bass pro shop.... should have chosen the valley west location

What a beautiful candy shop; it was like stepping back in time. You will find a large assortment of different chocolates and bon bons. We did buy several small boxes that will be gifts for friends in Japan. The customer service was excellent, and very helpful. To my surprise they had windmill cookies. Part of my heritage is Dutch and I have been familiar and fond of them from a young age. On your way out a cup of gelato is a must, the chocolate was divine.

We went for the first time during a trip to the outlets. There were plenty pre-packaged offerings and items you could select by the piece/weight. I love ginger and they had dark chocolate covered ginger. DELICIOUS!!!

Everytime we stop at the Stam, I take a large sample of chocolate goods home and I never regret it!The kids love the gelato, and we adults always grab a coffee or two-- great quality!

Great customer service, they personally helped tailor my box of chocolates to my specific tastes. The decor makes you feel like you’re transported into a chocolate dream. I love chocolate so maybe I’m biased! The chocolate itself was amazing and you could definitely tell it’s fresh and homemade in house. I told my family and friends about this place and will continue to recommend.
