The burger was greasy, leaving a puddle in the bottom of the paper tray. They lost the order for our dessert. After 20 minutes I finally asked and they made them immediately, but no compensation.
These employees need to be recognized for how good their customer service is. They are polite and professional. Customer service seems to be dying in our society but not at this place! Alexa deserves a shoutout especially.
Ordered butter burger double basket+ fry combo.
Lisa at the front counter who took my order was very sweet. Read my order back to make sure it was right. The burger was excellent (Culver's top quality!) The fries were nice hot and still crunchy. I enjoyed my meal out on the patio soaking this nice Iowa sunshine (before it's gone)
The bathrooms were spotless. The interior of the restaurant was well kept and plenty of clean tables for other customers...
