Our family goes to this location because it’s the most convenient location; however, I would not recommend. Everything is subpar and what you would expect from a DQ Grill & Chill, but it’s their attentiveness that’s incredibly lacking. My wife loves cheesecake pieces in her blizzard but prefers not to order the NY Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard, so she orders whatever blizzard she’s feeling and we pay extra for cheesecake. For over three years (I use her first pregnancy as a timeline because she was craving DQ almost every day), we have paid extra for cheesecake and never get it. We’re not one to complain. Plus, if we brought it up, I am sure an employee would play the “Well, you ate it didn’t you? Well, you took a few bites of this one so we can’t do anything about it” card, because we give the establishment the benefit of the doubt, and she’s not expecting a piece of cheesecake in every bite. We just want what we paid for. Please do better.

Very impressed with the customer service, and quality of my order. Food was great and my strawberry malt actually had malt in it! The staff were all very nice and happy people! Shortest wait time I've ever had at a Dairy Queen by far. Highly recommend this location even if it's out of your way!

Used the drive through for a Blizzard and a cone. The ice cream in the cone was off centered and ended up sliding off into my wife's lap on the way home. My chocolate dipped strawberry Blizzard wasn't mixed. The chocolate chunks were at the bottom and all the strawberries were an after thought and dumped on top. Surely you can do better.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Terrible service the worker slammed the drive thru window after they gave me the wrong size and wouldn’t give me the one I payed for. Will not be coming to this location again. Worker had a bad attitude and was completely disrespectful.

Granddaughter was very distraught over an incident at this specific Dairy Queen involving a rude worker, teenage girl. 4 medium blizzards were ordered and she was given smalls. She kindly asked for what she paid for and the worker was rude and did not cooperate. Very disappointed. 😢
Me and my friends went to this DQ and got four medium blizzards but we were handed four smalls we drove back around and said that they were supposed to be mediums and this girl with a septum piercing very rudely said that they were mediums when we always get mediums and know what the size looks like and they very clearly weren't and then she went and made a snarky face at us and made my friend cry.

Saturday the fries were great but cheeseburger was so,so. Slush had no slush just juice?! I told the girl this isn’t really a slush and she just said. Oh I’m sorry.
Today I gave them another try…..ugh! Slush was no slush, cheeseburger was warm. I swear the fries were from yesterday and cold! I had to wait for this order so thought the food would be good! Not….
