I would give this 0 stars if I could. Terrible service the worker slammed the drive thru window after they gave me the wrong size and wouldn’t give me the one I payed for. Will not be coming to this location again. Worker had a bad attitude and was completely disrespectful.

Granddaughter was very distraught over an incident at this specific Dairy Queen involving a rude worker, teenage girl. 4 medium blizzards were ordered and she was given smalls. She kindly asked for what she paid for and the worker was rude and did not cooperate. Very disappointed. 😢

Me and my friends went to this DQ and got four medium blizzards but we were handed four smalls we drove back around and said that they were supposed to be mediums and this girl with a septum piercing very rudely said that they were mediums when we always get mediums and know what the size looks like and they very clearly weren't and then she went and made a snarky face at us and made my friend cry.

Saturday the fries were great but cheeseburger was so,so. Slush had no slush just juice?! I told the girl this isn’t really a slush and she just said. Oh I’m sorry.
Today I gave them another try…..ugh! Slush was no slush, cheeseburger was warm. I swear the fries were from yesterday and cold! I had to wait for this order so thought the food would be good! Not….

went thru drive thru, got the wrong order nicely asked for the large because her response when i said “oh this is the wrong one i got a large” she said “welp i have a small on my screen” and raised her eyebrows. (not to mention she asked me 3 different times to confirm my order). she then walked off without saying anything and got me a large, when she came back my mom asked her how much buster bars were, she said nothing and gave an irritated look and walked off, she came back and said “18.00” and i said why do you have such an attitude? because this teenage girl is my age, and she was clearly acting out. she then responded with “have a night night” slammed the window after i asked her that. we then had to go inside and get our money back because she had refused to give us our food, and when we went to tell the manager she had attitude, his response was yelled “no no no u will not talk about my employees like that”. crazy how i used to work here… things have CHANGED!!! i guess its now acceptable to treat customers badly just because your having a bad day🤷♀️.

Told her 3 times we wanted a large twister and got a small one, when we advised we ordered a large she was flipping stuff around, giving us smart looks and making it very clear how unhappy she is. Also ordered cheese curds, she charged us for them and then never gave them to us! I went in to get a refund and her manager yelled in my face for saying she was acting like a spoiled brat instead of apologizing for his employees behavior! I’ll never go there again!

Ok. I love myself some DQ. The burgers are cooked on a flat griddle. My favorite when eating out and some of the best burgers I've had in my life. My low rating is because of this: You order a blizzard, it's delicious, and ⅔ of the way down it's nothing but vanilla soft serve. Come on teenagers, get that blizzard completely mixed. Also, they never turn the blizzard upside down like they're supposed to. 1/19: when ordering I specified to mix thoroughly. But they still didn't turn it over. I was recently in cedar rapids and that DQ mixed it thoroughly AND turned it over. I'm not surprised I have never heard anything back from this locations owner. From now on, if they don't turn it over, or if I find vanilla ice cream halfway down, I'll be asking for my free blizzard.
