A coworker picked up a bunch of pizza's for us for lunch yesterday. I was apparently given the food-poisoning-pepperoni-pizza because my body rejected it all several hours after eating. Domino's makes totally unclean slop pizza and has minimal to no hand washing throughout the pizza making process, evidently.

The Altoona Dominoes is probably one of the worst in DSM. If you order anything after 3pm, your pizza/anything on the menu will likely be burnt. I have no idea why I keep trying to see it out and if it’ll change, just for me to waste my money on a pizza that I’ll most likely just throw out from it being inedible.

Food was perfect. Delivery driver came out in a horrible storm saved my life.. the store manager and the personnel went out of their way to make sure my order was perfect.. thank you so much guys you're great.. food was amazing

The last 3 orders from the altoona store have been inedible. The crust was doughy combined with it drowning in sauce. Today, we decided to give them one more shot, and they completely made the order wrong. Half and half pizza, they made the whole thing wrong. Won't be using this store again until something changes.

I normally have no issue , from Here I ordered a new Yorker to try it they said they have 3 size I said it says 16inch a new Yorker should only be one size. For 10.99 the guy Micheal was absolutely rude wanting to argue so I had to pull my phone up. And the rest of the staff there was like ok I'm sorry they was understanding.. and you wanna charge me 20.00 for so.ething that's says 10.99 he go na say that not the way things work we don't have nothing to do with on line .. this was so disrespectful and disappointing I live walking distance and this in 2 years was the first I felt p.. off on how they handled this ..

We asked for well-done, not burnt. The pizza was overcooked for well done. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and the edges were burnt. When we asked for the pizza to be redone they said they would send another pizza and never did. They said they would send in15-20 minutes and never showed up. I called back to find out what happened to the pizza and they wanted to lie and say someone brought it out. If that was the case, why would i call you back to ask where is the pizza? Bad bad customer service.
They never wanted to own up to their mistake, however, they wanted to give me a credit instead of refunding my money. This is really bad customer service. I will not order from this Domino's pizza establishment again.

I honestly only order here when I want the one pizza no one else can make correctly. BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon, onions, jalapenos. Fits perfectly with their crust.

Garbage location. Open until 12a, placed order at 11:30, order was cancelled at 11:45. When I called and asked why, was told probably because it was after 11:45.Try Pizza Hut instead so you aren’t left hungry like we were.

Placed my order at 8:07 for a carry out , I ordered 2 large pizzas with jalapeño peppers on only half of each pizza, I get there at about 8:30pm, I wait in the parking lot until 9pm I go in tell them I placed a order the guy tells me my pizzas are in the oven, I asked about how long, he says 15 minutes, I go back to my car, 30 minutes go by I go to the door he tells me they ran out of jalapeño peppers so they didn't make the pizza mind you at least 10 different white people got their pizzas and they pulled up well after me, no communication as they sit and watch me wait in the parking lot. Another Hispanic guy pulls up after me with a carry out order, he goes up to the door to tell them he already placed an order and they just tell him they're closed. Should of took my business to Pizza Hut

It's kind of ridiculous that everytime we place an order online and YOUR SYSTEM autocorrects and changes our address from cove st to 13th ST. You have notes in your system and you still have staff members being incredibly unprofessional saying WE have to change it on our end. So please explain to me how to get your online system to stop autocorrecting my address? I will be making a phone call first thing Monday to report the behavior of your staff member Brad.

Professional, Courteous Delivery Guy with a Very nice Red ride! Edit; After opening Pizza, it obviously had been dropped or slammed to one side as all the toppings were slid to one side of Pizza.
