Honestly if I could give this place a negative review I would but sadly I can’t, I have given this place so many chances like going through the drive thru, ordering in store, and on the mobile app but still it just gets worse each time it’s like they try to make your experience there worse than the last. The management team sucks especially the morning people everyone needs to get fired they are rude and unprofessional the prices go up every other week. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!!!..

There is one gentleman working while the others stand around talking and giggling.

Not only did it take several minutes to answer the drive through, but then I waited another 10 minutes at the window watching the girls just giggle and completely ignore me. There was no one else in the store and I was the only one in the driver through. Their conversation was more important than I tip, i guess?

Thanks to the guy who eventually came from the back to help me. You deserve better coworkers!

Ordered chipotle hash browns and received weird chipotle breakfast taco things that were gross. The cereal & milk iced coffee was really good.

The Altoona Dunkin must of went through an ownership change. The staff and management have been terrible the last few visits that I just had to post. Most recent visit on Saturday ordered 3 $6 meal deals. Mobile order went in to pick up sandwiches they were ready coffee drinks were not. Staff began to argue amongst themselves in front of me that they made the drinks and clearly they were not there. Drinks were remade in a rush. Came home tried mine tasted like water no coffee or flavoring at all had to dump it. Went through my order missed the hash browns for the meals. Worst 20 bucks ever spent.

They mess up my order every time, we used to order breakfast from here and it’s always messed up. I get mistakes happen but when I’m missing my part of my order every time I go through it is time to maybe fix things. genuinely a terrible place don’t waste your time or money.

I’m officially done with this location!!!! they manage to mess up my latte every single time I go and my order is so easy I don’t think they add the extra shot after you pay 2$ extra for it a 10$ coffee should be better then this garbage, new owners or something because this dunkin used to be good, do better

We ordered a dozen donuts and munchkins. They said they were out of two types of the donuts and would sub for those. We're like ok cool. We open the box and they have no long johns at all which we weren't told and substituted sprinkled donuts for those, without telling us. They skipped the creme filled and subbed all pumpkin with no reasoning or telling us. They were out of the 10 pack of munchkins I bought and gave me a single pumpkin donut for that. So we ended up with 4 vanilla sprinkled, 3 pumpkin, and 4 strawberry no sprinkles when we ordered totally different donuts than that. Sad. Boo.

Drive thru~I ordered a small iced pumpkin spice latte. I waited at least 5 mins after paying for my drink. It cost me more than what I’d pay for a medium drink at other coffee shops. Once I got it, I took a drink. It was basically an iced coffee with cinnamon. 😜
I looked at my receipt and noticed that it said iced latte with caramel flavor. It was NOT caramel and that’s not what I asked for. VERY disappointed! I hadn’t been there in awhile and now I know why!!

Upon arriving at the establishment at 1:00 PM, I discovered that the doors were locked. Consequently, I opted to use the drive-through window. However, the employee informed me that the establishment was closed. This revelation surprised me, as I observed donuts still available on the shelves. Regrettably, this location has experienced a decline in recent months. .

The food and drinks are normally fine and if wrong there isn’t generally any pushback in correcting them.
But the number of times the orders are taken wrong in the drive through makes me wonder if you may need to update or replace that speaker system because they can not hear half of what I say

Every time I go here I order the same thing. Really loved it, the correct drink every time. Till recently, someone new or someone new to the weekend shift I really don’t know, will not stop changing my order. I ask for a vanilla oat milk latte and they always say “French vanilla latte”. That is not what I said girl. At first I thought there was no difference like maybe I was just saying my order wrong and I’m not trying to make someone’s job harder but no, there is totally a difference!! Vanilla and French vanilla are not the same and I very clearly state oat milk. There is a 120 calorie difference here. She is clearly irritated even when we try to kill her with kindness. They don’t even say have a nice day or anything after handing the order over, and that’s outside of this ordering problem. Who is training these people. Sometimes I feel like I’m being punked lol, they cannot be serious. Just put in what I say, is it really that hard¿
