Every time I go here I order the same thing. Really loved it, the correct drink every time. Till recently, someone new or someone new to the weekend shift I really don’t know, will not stop changing my order. I ask for a vanilla oat milk latte and they always say “French vanilla latte”. That is not what I said girl. At first I thought there was no difference like maybe I was just saying my order wrong and I’m not trying to make someone’s job harder but no, there is totally a difference!! Vanilla and French vanilla are not the same and I very clearly state oat milk. There is a 120 calorie difference here. She is clearly irritated even when we try to kill her with kindness. They don’t even say have a nice day or anything after handing the order over, and that’s outside of this ordering problem. Who is training these people. Sometimes I feel like I’m being punked lol, they cannot be serious. Just put in what I say, is it really that hard¿

I’m not usually the type of person to leave reviews like this, but this was a genuinely horrible experience. First we tried to go inside only to find locked lobby doors, so we went through the drive thru, then they unlocked the doors for others. We asked to use a coupon for a rockstar energy drink, and they didn’t even know what it was! They still said they could make a variation it for us at least. Then we get to the window they acted like they had no clue what we were talking about. We had two separate orders, they completely disregarded the second. Had to reorder at the window. Received the food and drink for second, only for them to forgot the drink for the first. Then they proceeded to try and give us someone else’s order on top of already reviving ours. No apologies for the service. We remained professional through the whole 20 min ordeal, which is disappointing we weren’t met with the same attitude. Do not go here unless you want to repeat yourself 5 times and still end up with a wrong order!

If I could give this store a negative star rating, I would. I don’t even know where to begin. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
I received coupons in the mail that don’t expire until August 31, 2025. I tried using them at this location, which is clearly listed on the coupons, but was told the promotion was over. I explained to the employees that the coupons clearly state 8/31/2025, not 7/31/2025.
The two evening shift workers told me the coupons only work in the morning—then changed their story, saying their manager told them the store doesn’t accept them at all. At this point, it felt like false advertising.
I also ordered a coffee, and it was so bad that I left it in my car overnight just to return it the next day. It tasted like liquid sugar and water—no coffee flavor whatsoever.
I called the store the next day to ask for corporate’s number since no one in-store would provide it. I asked to speak to a manager, but ended up arguing with a woman over the phone who refused to give me the information. She claimed the coupons were fake and insisted their location doesn’t accept them.
I highly do not recommend this location. Terrible customer service and a frustrating overall experience.

Ok so this girl said I can’t use the coupons till the 28th right but I had just used some yesterday and so we in their today and we say I want the couse I have a coupon and she say we can’t use them only the 28th my dad starts going off on them and the girl from yesterday says I can’t use more than one and the girl today says you can use more than one. 2 weeks ago: I mobile ordered at 5:30am when I got there they were out of bagels and my coffee was wrong. Today I mobile ordered at 5:30am and my bagel was burnt (I don’t have them toast it) and I was missing the cream cheese.

I’m not sure what the problem is at this store but they are unorganized and extremely slow. You’ll wait 20 mins for a simple hot coffee. Just avoid this store, it will help them out since they cant handle any sort of traffic.

DD is always a hit or miss here. My order was completely bashed. My coffee was wrong so I came home and added my creamer myself, I asked for 6 doughnuts, I got 4/6 of correct ones, and my bagel with veggie cream cheese. Awful, see pictures. So disappointing

We felt extremely rushed and that the drive-through tenant was being impatient when we had to scan our loyalty, QR code and some free breakfast QR codes. Then, once we drove all the way home, we only found out that our order was wrong. This location is really dragging down that strip mall
