I hate this hy-vee, product placement sucks and can't ever find anything you are looking for and prices are higher than the one on the east side which takes just about the same length to drive to. Why is lettuce 2.00? And why does Hy-Vee lettuce always have half rotton outside leaves?

I won't be coming back to this location. Couldn't find a parking spot, and parked somewhere that I looked at carefully and didn't see any pavement markings nor signs saying I couldn't park there. Had a hard time finding a cart. The first item on my list that I get regularly now cost quite a bit more. It went downhill from there. The aisles were crammed with employees unloading boxes AND the personal shoppers with their steel carts that are the size of a small vehicle. Then I had a nastygram on my windshield when I got back to my car. No thanks. I'll go to Fareway from now on.

So we decided to try the online groceries from this location. I have never in my life been talked to or even been acknowledged than I was by William Robertson, the store manager. We did not get the entire groceries on our receipt....which calling all they could have said was sorry, we must have forgot. Instead, the manager said verbatim, "nothing we can do. Call back tomorrow and talk to someone". When I asked for a different manager he told me I was "S.O.L." and hung up!!!!! Who does that to someone inquiring about milk and other things ordered? They are on the receipt, so they charged us and never delievered?! I feel like I've been robbed honestly. Ny kid in tears because I'm now upset. This is horrible service.

I mean it's a grocery store but always live getting the fuel saver and the deals they always have. Great bargains if your on a budget my only problem is that there's very little customer service in the isles themselves like Helpful smile in every isle????

The website says that the have the ability to cash checks. When I got to the store, I waited in line for them to tell me that they can't do that and never did it. My online bank won't except my check. I am out of places locally to cash it.

After searching for a specific item for about 5 minutes, I was approached by the store manager (William Robertson) and was asked if I needed assistance. I explained to him what I was looking for and he kindly walked me to where the item in question was located. As we walked, Mr. Robertson was very kind and seemed to have genuine interest about my day. After finishing our brief conversation, I grabbed my item and continued my shopping. When it came time to check-out, I got in his line and we continued where we left off. For some reason, the card reader wouldn't read my chip. Mr. Robertson was very kind and patient as he helped me correct my error (whoops!) and we finished the transaction. I don't post reviews but felt that his service warranted my review. I especially felt I needed to after seeing what must be a troll posting a bad review about Mr. Robertson. Anyway, thank you for your help and I am glad Hy-Vee has a manager that is not only extremely competent, but kind!

Don't shop here much. The few times I have, it has been a pleasurable experience. I do have to say the meat counter has never let me down they have always had quality meat and interesting burger flavors.

This Hy-Vee does a great job. It is a beautiful store with a flower garden and pond behind it. The staff here are always great! I love that Shane works here in the restaurant. He has a great attitude!
